Wifi sucks could hardly get on had to stand in the hallway. Then once on not even worth it because I got more speed using my cellphone data. Why do places offer free wifi and I have found that 99 percent it's not worth it because the speed you get is way slower the using cellphone data sometimes hardly 1 meg. Anyway as far as the hotel. Way over priced for what you got. Was there for a Tomorrowworld Weekend 2014. very easy to get to and from the event limited traffic. Overall not a bad hotel. Service was very friendly even the house keeping staff was nice. The guy at night was a little creepy. But like Anthony from the travel I would give this a ok good rating.

I would have loved to leave an average review about this property that only criticized the size of the TV, the greasy tv remote, the mysterious stains throughout the carpet in the room, or the sand paper quality of the towels after our two day stay. And praised the WiFi and the softness of the King size bed. However, after the first night I had to change my tune. At 8:30am after our first night we received a call informing us that we had to be at the lobby because the police were there. We were then informed that my boyfriend's truck had been broken into in the hotel's parking lot. He had parked his truck on the left side of the building within sight of the the lobby. My boyfriend's truck handle was broken and his locked tool box had been ransacked. All his dewalt tools were taken and his chainsaw (approximately 1,200 dollars in value). Did the parking lot cameras capture the theft? Of course not. Were we informed upon check in that there had been a string of car break-ins in the area? Of course not. I guess I expected better from a hotel that charges $106 dollars a night; I definitely expected not to be robbed. I suppose I should say "stay at your own peril." Maybe to some people their comfy beds make up for losing almost 1,200 dollars, but it didn't to us. * I know that it wasn't the hotel's fault that we were robbed, but they should at least have better security to prevent these things from happening, or better customer service to make the stay better if things like this happen. *Update: after our check out the hotel only charged us for a one night stay instead of two. As of 6/15/16 the case remains open with Fairburn, GA police department.

So sweet and accommodating. The room was a handicapped room, which was very close to the elevator due to my needs. It was very clean, nice new smell and roomy, nice sized TV with a remote that was inside of a mesh bag. We were very pleased with the room. The beds were a little too firm for me though. The pillows were very soft and very flat. It took 2 pillows to make 1 pillow. Wish they could replace the pillows. This is the only real downfall for me- I need a soft bed with fluffy, soft pillows. The drain in the tub was not draining very well. I cannot stand water filling the tub as your taking a shower. You would think the maid would know this by cleaning the shower and would have maintenance get the rat out of the drain. The breakfast buffet was good. They had grits, eggs-eggbeater ones-pancake waffles, sausage links, sausage gravy, biscuits, cereal, breads, muffins, peaches, orange and apple juice. Would definetly stay here again but, I'm bringing my own pillows next time!!---

I made a bee-line back to the desk after I ran water in the sink for 5 minutes with no hot water. I returned to my room to sleep after being told that work had been done on the hot water system today and all would be fine in the morning. Morning arrived and still no hot water. The new front desk clerk advised that no one had complained about it. I'd mentioned the lack of hot water with someone in the elevator. He had the same problem, ... I guess he did not complain. I any event, I took the desk clerk up on an offer to more me to a room with hot water, while the maintence person ran the shower full blast for 10 minutes to get a modestly warm flow. I showered in my new room. The water was modestly warm, but I was cautiously optimistic that things would improve later. Stupid me! I fell for the okey-doke! The patterned repeated itself the next morning! Overall, the people were nice, but they lied (or did not disclose known facts) about the hot water supply. Furthermore, the hotel is in need of refurbishing. This was demonstrated by a pull-out work shelf in the night stand completely pulling out when I attempted to use it. I hate to show my age, but I remember the reputation that Hampton Inn earned for affordable quality in the 1980's. Unfortunately recent stays have shown a steep decline in both quality and affordability.

But when we returned from dinner, he greeted us by name. We continued to talk about the area and his life experiences. Such a nice change from other locations. Now for the hotel. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Even though we were near the interstate and another busy road, we heard nothing. Our bed was fantastic. What a great nights sleep. The breakfast was below Hampton Inn Standards. I would look elsewhere for breakfast, as there are many choices. I would not hesitate to stay at this location when in the area again.

I was thrilled when I saw the room, since it is huge! The decor and aesthetic are clean and modern, not dated. The kitchenette is solid, with a stovetop, full-sized fridge, and even a dishwasher! I took the opportunity to cook some meals here instead of eating out, and it was a good experience that made me feel at home. I love that they worked with the Container Store to provide high quality, ample storage options in the room, so I had lots of place to hang up my clothes and avoid wrinkles! I also liked how the enormous TV connected to Netflix, Prime Video, and other apps. The TV channel selection itself is good too. The bed was a tiny bit firm but I still sunk into it each night and didn't have problems sleeping on it at all. The bathroom was clean and well-lit. I didn't hear much noise at all, either outside or from any weird mechanical or AC systems (they can rattle or do similar things at older hotels). The free breakfast wasn't a huge spread, but it had some unique items and of course coffee, juice, etc. This isn't enough of a con to knock off a star, but this corporate park area is spread out, not really walkable to much, and not in the middle of any "action." But it's near a lot of larger streets and highways, so that is OK.

When we entered the room the we looked over the room as we normally would. We found hair in one of the showers and it was SO dirty. I called down to the front desk to tell the receptionist and she offered to clean it or move our room. We didn't want to move the room because it was a necessity for us to be adjacent. We chose for it to be cleaned. It was unfortunate that she had to leave the desk to come clean the room. She also brought us towels. The shower curtain liner was molded and smelled terrible especially when showering. The refrigerator was molded, beside the refrigerator there was so much dust and dirt. To top our entire stay off, a friend of mine who was staying in one of the rooms was bitten by a bed bug(s). Our stay was for four days. On our third day of stay, while at a restaurant for brunch we noticed her face and exposed skin had patches of swelling. The next morning there was more patches and swelling. We decided to strip the bed and see what was going on. We found a LIVE bedbug that we quickly placed in a Ziploc bag to show the front desk and there was also a surprise disgusting band aid left for us. Unfortunately because of our anxiousness we failed to get photo but were able to get others. The staff was friendly and did offer a refund for one of the rooms. Because they were adjacent with adjoining doors that we kept open the entire time of stay both rooms were more than likely affecteted. The occupants in the adjoining room were probably more immune to the bug and bacteria. We have to throw away our luggage and spend expenses with going to a laundry facility to dry our clothing to attempt to be proactive. We booked our room through Expedia and fortunately they did accommodate our needs. I understand the meaning of you get what you pay for but we would still expect cleanliness.
