I stayed there for two weeks, and on the second day, someone tried stealing my company rental. After the police arrived, they got the report but were unable to get the video because the "supervisor" was not available. The car was literally parked in front of the hotel entry where cameras are pointing, and somehow the staff missed a complete stranger trying to steal a car. On four different occasions throughout my stay, I inquired about the video, just to be given the same excuse: the supervisor hasn't been able to watch it. Clearly, this hotel does not take the security and safety of their guests with the seriousness that I expect. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone seeking security and safety during their stay.

About an hour later a fellow came to fix it, said he had to go get the bulb, another hour later he returned with the wrong size bulb. We did not see him again until we returned from dinner and he was in the lobby. We asked about the bulb and he told us he didn't have the right size to fix it. But again no one let us know that. The small bottles of shampoo, conditioner on the bathroom were less than half full. I am pretty sure this is the first time I have ever left a bad review of any Hilton property. Biggest issue were the insects. A medium-sized beetle crawled out of a hole in the outside corner of the bathtub our first night, and then our last night my fiancée found a HUGE dead spider right under the space between the bedside table and the bed (both pictured).
