Comes with frig and microwave. Hot water takes a while to get to the room but plenty of it when it arrives. This is not a fancy place. It gets 4 stars for the niceness of the owners, the comfort of the room and the cleanliness of the room. This is cash only but prices are extremely affordable. They do give extended stay rates that can't be beat. Pets allowed and nice grassy yard is available for play or "business". Free Wifi and Direct tv.

They have lotion, they have shampoo and conditioner. But of all the hotels I've enjoyed in all 50 states, all seven continents, and 82 countries, I've never seen a hotel room without soap. Hence, such a strange policy dropped two stars off what would have been a glowing review. And the WiFi doesn't work either, on a night when I really, really needed it!

All hotels in Midland/Odessa area were asking close to $400 per night! Not here! It was closer to $100 & we've never gotten such a lovely welcome!! Prompt friendly check in, complete with lemonade & cookies. We inadvertently showed up on a Wednesday which meant dinner included! Margarita hosted all guests (5-8 pm) at the managers reception with her home cooked chicken tortilla casserole & a piping hot pot of delicious rice!!! And beer or wine included! Ooookaaayy! :) Then to our clean, quiet & spacious room. The extra space & fast internet was much appreciated. We slept great on the comfy beds & woke up to a FULL breakfast (included). These folks really try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And it was a blessing to experience. We'll always stay here when traveling through west Texas.
