Also, the location is tucked away from the main road, which provides a little more quiet and silence next to a church and alongside a neighborhood and INGLES grocery store if you want any emergency groceries. I understand they had no control over that matter but Trey failed to mention that very important detail, or bothered to offer us a different room. I voiced my concern with Patsy the next day about our check-in experience and she completely ignored what I said and did not make eye contact the entire time I was speaking to her. I thought breakfast could make up for the horrible experience since check-in but even that was subpar. Prices are too high for a meal that you had to order from the bar and it wouldn't hurt for Janice, the server, to smile while taking your order. Valet refused to help me get an umbrella to walk my dog in the rain (he basically said go get it yourself from the front desk) and when I was done w/ it, he wouldn't take the umbrella but wanted me to walk across the lobby----w/ a soaking wet umbrella! Nobody was truly helpful in this establishment and I wouldn't wish this one night experience even on my worse enemy!

They interrupted my slumber. But eventually they refunded everything including the cleaning fee, they said they deleted my card info as well. That was nice. Watch your credit card! Other issue: The room wasn't clean. My cat immediately found a piece of bacon, an almond and a plastic wrap, he was playing with them. Rooms are outdated, furnitures, carpet are old. Dusty and smelly. Sink wasn't clean either, my cat pulled the drain stopper and found lots of hair stuck. At least the bed seemed clean and smelled like bleach. So that was a relief since I had to spend 5 days here. Our room was on the entry level with big windows facing to the courtyard. My cat enjoyed it. Our first night here we attempted and it was like taking an ice bath. The rooms are relatively quiet. We didn't have any issues with noise and trying to sleep. The only downfall to the rooms that we observed was the amount of light which comes through the door from the hallway.
