Im sorry this is long, but it has to be to explain. My husband was released from the hospital on…read moreFriday evening. He came home with 2 oxygen tanks on a cart. Apria delivered more tanks to the house and took the cart back with them. The office has been closed or I would have gone to get one my self. I have been trying since Friday evening to get a cart brought back out to us and the request keeps getting canceled. We have called at least 5 times and my son called 2 times. My husband has an appointment tomorrow morning for another biopsy and now I have to try to carry 2 oxygen tanks and help my husband who is a cancer patient. I am 60 years old, and we are both disabled Veterans, carrying around oxygen tanks is not something I need to be doing. Thanks Apria, this may not seem like an emergency or important to you, but if you were in the same situation, you would think so. I'm sorry my husbands health issues did not happen at a more convient time, I will try to schedule better next time he is diagnosed with cancer. I will be getting a new oxygen supply company tomorrow, you people suck!

This company hires lazy, untrained people. They have such a poor pool of employees they do a…read moreterrible job of making a great match between caregiver and client. Some of their leadership team are incompetent and uneducated. They actually do not even have common sense. My father was left in bed for 36 hours straight, soaked in urine, not fed, and not handed any medication. The employees do not cook well nor do they clean. They take no initiative to do anything they see could be done. I feel badly for those in the leadership team because they seem to bring their domestic issues into the workplace. They make horrible judgment calls. You pay them a lot per hour but they pay their employees less than half of that which is honestly why the help is so worthless. You can try them if you know you don't have high standards and don't really care much about your loved one but if you care, don't bother calling the Clarksville Ted Crozier Blvd. location, you will be drained by babysitting them to do everything right and you will still not have any success. They'll hire anybody.
