The only treatment is physical therapy. I am not healed yet but I am sure improving with their help. It amazes me each time I go how much they keep me encouraged! So I know what great therapy looks like. Anyway..... Something as simple as neck alignment exercise, improved my ROM(range of motion)in my shoulder 35 degrees literally within 10 minutes. My should was nearly frozen, and nearly instantly(few weeks only it was near new). Ashley Aguilar,DPT helped me and my family so much. This is my last week going to physical therapy.
