Dr. Gibson and his staff are caring, knowledgeable and are thorough (but not "thorough" meaning…read morethey perform unnecessary "extras" - that is NOT what I mean!). They provide a wide array of checks on your eyes to ensure overall eye health, no new forming issues, look for any changes that might be indicative of an issue - many of these are their standard practice! They also have a keen eye and have other tests to utilize if there is an indication of a need to confirm or deny any suspicious results. - Honestly, I also enjoy just visiting with Dr. Gibson during the appointment. He is really a pretty neat guy... I highly recommend these doctors!

I went to this optometrist for years and I always had great service and customer care From start…read moreto finish. However in the last couple of years it has been the worst. Turnover every time I contacted them or went in. On one occasion my glasses that I had not even wore myself were on one of the workers face as she was asking the other employees .."how do I look?" Then I was called back to try them on. When I asked the same person that had been wearing my glasses how were they? She acted dumb. Come to find out my bifocals were never put in the lense .. when I have been wearing that same proscription for years. In addition, I was asked to pay an additional $100 dollars plus to correct their mistake. the excuse I received "we don't know you wear bifocals and you didn't tell us, you had to let us know." ( I thought the prescription was written out or in the system from the examination from the Dr) "No we don't look at that" ???? I tried again a year later only to be put on long holds and a balance that I didn't even owe. side note: I have insurance I always pay my balances and I've been having to use readers for 2 years alongside my old glasses with no bifocals) No call backs, no communication. I love the Optometrists, but the front desk staff and management needs some training and learn office etiquette. Disappointed

Do NOT BE FOOLED- they have one trained person who is there 8-5...the rest of the staff may have a hour or two of training and they are the ones giving meds to your loved one. Hopefully you won't need the only trained person before or after 8-5. Don't schedule a tour- just show up and see what really happens!!! They know how to put lipstick on a pig...

Despite the staff being informed repeatedly that she had severe vision problems she was rarely escorted to & from the dining room that required several hallways & an elevator. When she had to begin using a wheelchair she still did not receive assist. I could count on one hand how many times she was assisted with a bath. She was in her late 90's!! When it came time to administer pills the nurse would many times leave them on the kitchen counter if Mother was in the bathroom. Many times I found her pills on the floor or still sitting on the counter. When I quit doing her laundry I found they had done it & stacked the clean laundry on top of the soiled laundry in the basket. She could not see to distinguish between clean & dirty laundry. The list goes on. If your loved one needs assistance this is not the place for them to be.
