Roberson and Ram are wonderful people as well as educated doctors. Their staff is so helpful (when I've had to take the twins in by myself, their staff has helped me to my car). 1of my twins were sick this Christmas Eve and Dr. Roberson put her cooking on hold to open the office just for us. A few days later I had to take the twins in again for a recheck of their throats and Dr. Ram saw them. A few days later he called me to see how the twins were doing. Not sure where you can find this level of service anymore. I'm originally from NJ and I can tell you our pediatrician's office there NEVER called to check on my twins. Both Drs. Roberson and Ram take their time with you to answer ALL of your questions and explain everything to you in terms you can understand. Their bedside manner and sincere care for their patients shines through every time I bring my twins in to see them. I can't thank them enough for their time and dedication to the practice of pediatrics. We're just lucky to have found them.

Dr.Christaldi was absolutely wonderful to see, she listened to my health concerns without judgement and with full attention. She genuinely showed she cared and had interest in what I had to say. She wants to follow up with me in a about a month and really wants to help me stay on track with my health goals. The clinic has a patient portal that she encouraged I utilize where we can message back and forth if I have any questions or concerns. Overall the clinic was very well maintained and in a beautiful area, just driving there was an experience within itself, horse ranches and country life, a nice place to get to as well : )

She put up an argument and didn't apologize. It wasn't the point of mispronouncing the name it was the way she went about it, very unprofessional. In addition, I had an initial visit (assessment session) Wednesday, the 9th. I left after the assessment without doing any exercises because the guy who completed my assessment was the most negative and unprofessional healthcare professional I have ever interacted with. The way he talked, my best option would be to have surgery instead of looking at other options. I left their offices and immediately scheduled an appointment with another PT company. I had my initial assessment today, the 11th, and their response and approach were different. They spoke of recovery and the steps I needed to take to minimize my pain. I was heard and allowed to provide input into my treatment. Their approach was different than what I experienced at BreakThrough.

Rude and unprofessional! I went here with a severe ankle sprain that wasn't healing. My first task…read morewalking into this place was getting on the stationary bike, and the rude PT tried convincing me due to the fact she had over 30 yrs experience I should of been able to push the pedals on the bike, well due to the fact I couldn't even walk it was an impossible task for me. So, next went to stand on a board with a ball underneath, and push all my body weight down on it until I was literally in tears! At that point, I looked at her and said "do you believe, I'm hurting now?" needless to say, my PT session soon ended, after she offered me an ice pack. I contacted my doctor, he told me to cease therapy for the time being. When my PT orders were ordered again, I never went back....No, recommendation from me!
