However, after a few months all the tile started to crack, and we noticed more water damage. We called Restoration King and asked them to come take a look. It took several months for them to come back with several different employees giving different statements. Apparently, they have a higher turnover rate of employees because we talked to several different people. The manager said he would honor our contract and repair the damage. There was a demo team that came out to take out the damaged tile. However, they then decided that they would not honor the contract and complete the project. So, we once again have no shower! By the way they dropped the tile, and it went through our bathroom floor and damaged the kitchen ceiling. This company lacks integrity and have left us without a usable bathroom. The owner of the company has no respect for her customers and was less than helpful. Please do not use this company for any reason.
