Beers are on par with any American beer I've had, if not better. We did the flight, which is four beers, Hefe, IPA, Amber and Porter. Gotta day, the Porter was my favorite!!! The entrance is a door that leads to the second floor. Very beautiful inside with TV's, a ping pong table and an area which I believe can be used for events. I highly recommend visiting this hidden gem if you're in the area of Jerez!!

I would personally consider this a huge event, bringing an artesanal beer to Jerez. Jorge, owner brewer along with his brother Daniel, Both bring their personal touch to crafted beer. In the first hour of introducing there microbrews the response, locals served, overwhelming enjoying all the characteristics, flavors profiles of this crafted beer. They truly have a nice start up lineup to get started, IPA, Amber, Hefeweizen, Porter Chocolate. They are also serving a blonde ale crafted by a Brewer from the state of Zacatecas. I have to comment of a well-thought-out plan, how the brewery all the seating area, entertainment area all flows leaving having conversations without being interrupted In the soft opening I'm enjoying the craft beers I'll return to try their food and leave an opinion the menu looks delicious.

Great Breakfast buffet with a combination of authentic Mexican food and traditional items that you would find at an American restaurant that serves breakfast. Efrain is a great camarero -spanish word for server. He went above and beyond to ensure each member of my table had an amazing experience. I really enjoyed their Caldo Tlalpeno and Enchiladas. Both food items were recommended by another camarera. When I visit Aguascalientes again, I will be stopping here first during my stay which happens to be located in Fiesta Americana Aguascaliente.

The orange juice and green juice were really fresh and tasty, perfect on this hot day. I had the huevos con chorizo which came with some amazing chilaquiles and beans, all of which were delicious. They also brought toast with butter and jam for the table. Overall a very enjoyable meal and environment on the patio. I went inside to use the facilities (which were immaculate) and everything inside the pub had a beautifully vintage vibe. We will definitely be back when we get the chance.

It was delicious! This is a great stop if you are looking for familiar western food, or continental style food. I myself do not speak Spanish and my Spanish-fluent husband orders on my behalf. The staff is attentive and as with everywhere else in Zac the staff is kind and will do their best to communicate. Our taxi driver let us know that typically you need a reservation since the spot is so tiny that table space is limited. He was nice enough to call ahead for us and see if we needed one and made one just in case. We arrived and there was a big family in there as well as one or two other tables full, but we were lucky enough to be able to grab a table right away. For food, my boyfriend got the Chicharrón enchiladas, I got the enchiladas rojos, and we both shared an order of flautas (because duh). I initially ordered the enfrijoladas, but they happened to be out of beans, so those were a no-go. The enchiladas were so delicious. They were filled with shredded beef and the sauce was just to die for. We definitely gorged ourselves at the spot, so make sure when you come, you're hungry! I am a wine drinker and while they did have red wine there, it was on the sweeter side. So keep that in mind when you come here. It seems as though they mostly just serve beers and refrescos. Overall, I would definitely recommend this spot. But do make sure that you call ahead and make a reservation.

From the moment we arrived the host/server was unfriendly and rude. No welcoming smile. It felt like everything was a chore for him. Almost like if he was doing us a favor by allowing us to be in his presence. It was quite bizarre, you would maybe think he was just having a bad day? During the same week we had gone by twice, at the top of the hour, hoping someone would default on their reservation (as we did not have one, we did not plan to go, reservations highly recommended) and we could have a table and both times we were met with this unfriendly spirit. I'm not one to write many reviews I just felt obligated to let others know of this "famous" restaurant that all of the "buzz" about this place is not met with the service you'd expect from an establishment with this kind of reputation. Not once did they come check on us to see if we needed anything or if we were satisfied with the food and service. We were just ignored until we needed to pay the bill. No hard feelings but I will not frequent this business again as they do not deserve my hard earned money. If you would like the same quality food, and friendly service go right across the street to Taquería "WENDY" their tacos dorados are much better, they actually have flavor and the pozole is great too. All of this with no attitude. Imagine that, what a business model, provide good food and friendly service. As they say in show business... you're only as good as your last job.

From the outside, the sign says "museum and restaurant" Now I've visited a number of museums that have cafes or a small restaurant but not the other way around. This restaurant has the most ecliptic collection of Tchotchkes. Each table is decorated on the inside or the outside or both. There are plants. There are hanging Tchotchkes and there are paintings and drawings plus toys. For some people who like organization, this is not a place for you. While it seems like there was care to properly place items like the wall with hanging plates, there are other sections that are crammed with all sorts of chaotic things. Our service was attentive and even the owner stopped by. He was very sweet with us and provided us a history of some of favorite things which included a drawing by his daughter or granddaughter. Even the bathrooms aren't safe from Tchotchkes. It's a visual feast for the eyes. The meals were very good. The tortilla soup was excellent and the enchiladas rojos were tasty. The shot of mezcal at the beginning as an aperitif was perfect. All in all, La Leyenda was as unique have a visit you can have in Mexico and I highly recommend checking it out next time you're in Zacatecas.
