One word....Awesome! We had to mount a new 60inch flat screen on a wall opposite the cable line. Chab came to the house to give us a quote. -arrived on time (in fact early) Today he installed the tv, bracket, rerouted our cable and put a power outlet hidden behind out flatscreen (yup NO wires showing) - we have direct tv also. About 300.00ish bucks. It was a lot of labor (climbing up in our attic etc). Chab arrived early for his appt, worked very efficiently, was very professional and friendly. Even saved us money on a low profile mounting bracket (we had one fm costco that was 80.00 and it was too bulky) He sold us one for a VERY reasonable price and it looks awesome! Clean, almost flush to Our wall. He patched the dry wall, cleaned up and made sure our tv was hooked up to wifi, direct tv, synched with our direct tv remote. All in all a great service. I was once one of the other 113 Yelp reviewers who thought that Chab was a Godsend when it came to tv and security camera installation. I initially found Chab on Craig's list over 10 years ago and since then, used him to install TVs in my personal home as well as tv and security cameras in our business. Up until a year ago Chab was professional, consistent and always went the extra mile for his customer. In April, we contacted Chab to install 15 TVs and security cameras at our facility back in April. Chab initially said it would take a week, but that week turned into 2 1/2 weeks because Chab complained that he "was tired", "burnt out" He even started complaining to me how overwhelmed and overworked he was as if it was my fault. Having know Chab over the years, I offered suggestions of getting help, and or an admin assistant to book his appointments, he insisted that he couldn't afford or trust anyone to do the work. So, i did as I've always done, listened and let it go. In July, I called Chab again to do minor tv antenna work. Chab installed the attena but shortly afterwards our clients were complaining that the tv's weren't getting all the channels, when I asked Chab to look at it, he said there was nothing he can do and said it had more to do with the weather than the work, he stated that he "should" put a better antenna on but never made it back out to the facility to follow through on providing us with the product that would improve this service. In September, we were having issues with a few of the cameras that Chab installed in April and we asked him fix the issue along with connecting all of our cameras to a monitor. Chab did not come on the day he stated but instead came the day after in the afternoon instead of the morning as agreed. We initially agreed that when he completed that job he would go to the other facility to replace the antenna but but Chab again failed to honor that statement. In September , we were still continuing to have issues with the cameras, so I scheduled an appointment for Chab to come out on Oct. 7-9 to fix the cameras and mount the monitors for our cameras. Chab booked me for the 7-9th. On October the 8th, I was informed by one of my staff that Chab never arrived, I contacted Chab and asked him what happened....he started ranting. (seriously)about how overworked he was and how he needed to take a break and how everyone was nagging him to work and he couldn't handle it all and he just wanted to give it all up!!!! In my mind, I'm thinking, I scheduled this appointment with you weeks ago, not only did I explain to you that we were also under pressure to get this work done because we needed surveillance due to the clients we serve, but that malfunction of the cameras were becoming a problem with our funders. Chab, went on and on complaining about all his customers, as if it was our fault that he couldn't manage his business. Chab never offered an apology and when I asked does this mean I have to get another installation person, he just said he needed a break.... So it really is with great disappointment that I have to even post this, but this I can't ignore or let go. Chab needs to be held accountable because his actions are unacceptable, he had the potential to create a successful and thriving business but his instability, unreliability, lack of work ethic and inability to recognize that without customers you don't have a business, leaves me for the first time in over 10 years looking for a professional to do our camera and tv installation. read more

We originally found Chab on yelp because of the high reviews and gave him a shot. What a find! We used him first about 3 years ago in our previous home to mount and install a TV in our master bedroom. Then we just hired him again in our new home to mount/install our TV on the wall in my office. He was able to drill, wire, and hide all the cords from a power source in my garage, through the wall, into my office. Looks amazing and you can't see one cord. Chab is very professional, detail-oriented, and is very decisive in showing you the best way to do things. You can tell he really specializes in anything audio/video related. Called on Thursday to mount a 60" over the fireplace. He came out on Friday night (at 6pm) to do the job. During a family BBQ, Chab worked away, routing wires inside the walls, installing a new outlet above the fireplace, mounting the bracket, hanging the tv, and patching the walls. He was friendly and did a very good job. In the end, the bracket he installed was a little too small, so he came back out first thing Saturday morning to hang a larger one, at no extra charge.
