Jimmy is awesome. He showed up on time and within my available schedule. The job was mounting four TVs (2 new and rotated two TVs ) and connect my existing receiver and surround sound systems. One is a Bose lifestyle system from around 2007 and the other a Yamaha receiver dated around 2019. Given the older technology, I was't sure if those systems would work with the new tvs. He figured it all out and made sure I could still use my receivers, hooked up hdmi cables for my dvd/blue ray components and made sure mu outside speakers worked with the Yamaha receiver. He updated my receiver software and downloaded the appropriate Apps so I could operate my tvs and sound systems from my phone. I was so impressed! I am very pleased to have found Jimmy of Smart Audio Visual! He is incredibly knowledgeable, smart, honest and his pricing is fair and reasonable. A year ago Jimmy installed 8 Ring flood lights with cameras surrendering our home. He reconnected our Sonos system (which another IT guy had somehow disengaged). All of Jimmy's installs are still functioning perfectly. I again enlisted his services last week when our older TV totally died. He installed a brand new 65" 4k OLED screen TV and programmed our existing remote to communicate with it. He reconnected our streaming service, as well. During the past 17 years, I have dealt with three different TV installers and/or repairmen and a couple of IT guys. The last IT "expert" told me our Sonos unit was outdated (when I asked him if he could reconnect it).
