I am long overdue writing this review, especially considering the stellar service we received. I contacted K&S while I was out of town to book a TV mounting in our new home as a Christmas gift for my husband. I figured we'd book something for January some time, but Steve blew me away by scheduling an appointment that week! He carefully discussed the specs for the job, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and then stuck to it! My husband was so impressed with the service he provided, and when I finally got home, so was I. The mount is outstanding--better than I would have purchased on my own, but for the same price. He ran the cables through the wall cleanly and without disturbing the existing electrical conduits. He even provided new color-coded high-quality cables! In the months since installation, everything has held up well, with no shifting or disconnections when we move the TV around on the mount. Because of that, I reached out again recently and had them come out to: 1) Unmount the 65" and transport it to a new house 2) Mount the 65" TV in the new house 3) Mount a new 77" TV in the new house They did a fantastic job transporting and mounting the two TVs. They even came prepared with extra HDMI cables when it turned out I did not have enough, and switched out my black power cord for a white one so it would blend better with my wall. Well, I first reached out to various companies that came back from a Yelp search for TV mounting. The first was disconnected, the second told me I had the wrong mount, but he would be happy to take my expensive mount and give me one of his, and the third explained to me that, he was booked 8 weeks out with more important work. So, I posted on Yelp, a request for the mounting a TV. I was pleased to receive several offers from companies in my area. One of the companies was K & S Systems, a company I was interested in but never called. I replied to a man named Steve to get more information and give him all my details. He asked me to send him photos of the area on the wall where the TV mount would be placed. Bottom line he asked about my availability, and we agreed on a date and even a time window. Nice... Great communication. The day came, he didn't just send a couple of flunkies who spoke like surfers (No offense to guys who speak like surfers.), Steve showed up himself with an assistant. Good haircuts, wearing company shirts. Spoke well. He took my heavy boxed mount up two flights of stairs, and within 20 minutes, I had a mounted TV. TV and mount moved around left and right and away from the wall like it should. Perfectly balanced. He even made sure no debris from drilling got on the floor. We had agreed on the price of $150.00. If you've shopped around you'll know that's a bargain. Especially for quality work. Check with the Geekfolks. You'll see. We had great communication, I always heard back with an hour or two. He had for a small job like mine. We scheduled it to be done within a week, then, in-and-done right. I will be getting a soundbar in about 8 months and I will definitely call Steve to install it.
