So as we were leaving I look online and OMG I was right I did my trade in online and paid the usual $100 rather than her trying to scam me to pay $600. Also the phones come with a charger. She was just trying to scam and make more on commission. I did my trade in online AND got the color I wanted. Screw that place, you're better off doing it online!

When I got there, I didn't see any spaces and I had to drive around a couple times to find one. Be aware that a full section is reserved for the bank. We enter and there is a bunch of employees ready to help us. After going through the verification process. I am a current T Mobile member and the last time I got my new iPhone they changed my plan added a bunch of stuff I didn't want. So this time I tell them do not change my plan. Luckily I said that because she was looking into changing my plan. I told her to do the calculations and if it's cheaper then I will do it. After she checked into it, my old plan was cheaper. Then they didn't have any of the IPhone models we wanted. Ugh, they had to order them. We decided to go to the Apple Store instead. It stinks that they ended their agreement with Best Buy, we always get our phones through them and they always had full stock of all the phones. My experiences with the T Mobiles stores have been so so. Maybe next time.

I spec'd out datacenter grade CAT6A and associated components. Brian's work is very high quality and he was very flexible and always listened to exactly what I wanted. And trust me, I was VERY specific, as I'm an IT Pro/Blogger. I'm VERY hard to please, and I was very happy with the work. I wanted my wiring closet to look like a work of art, and it does! While I connected and labeled the patch cables myself, his home run keystone runs were exceptionally tidy. I would hire him in a second for any future drops.

We have a decent sized house, and the Internet wasn't working consistently to all areas for a few years. The first tech who came out, was here for at least 6 hours and could not figure out what the problem was. The second company I hired, charged me a fee to come out and take a look. He was here for about 15-20 minutes and told me I needed to upgraded my equipment and charged me $200. He said there was something unplugged, which there wasn't. After he left the Internet was still not working properly. I found Simply Wired on Yelp, and boy am I happy camper. He came out for a free consultation, sent me a quote within a few days and a list of equipment I needed to purchase (my old equipment was a few years old and I just wanted to start new anyways). After receiving all the items, Brian came out and set it all up. My 'wire closet' or whatever it's called was so messy and full of old wiring and equipment that we couldn't even close the door. Not only can we close it now, but it looks amazing. He also used some of my old equipment to help boost the signal in certain areas. After the install, I had a couple of questions, texted him and he immediately responded. Brian is professional, reasonably priced, has great communication and smart! Don't hesitate to hire him. I only wish I found him sooner!

At the time of install, they were able to drop 3 lines without needing to cut into my drywall (using existing coax lines to pull the new ethernet cables). Towards the end, he was even able to help relocate my Spectrum modem from the living to my office, something Spectrum wanted to send a tech for in a separate appointment. Shaun had everything connected and I was back online within a couple hours! I already have a second project in mind (new camera security system) that I will definitely be reaching out to Shaun for.
