The people that I've worked with have known me by name when I walk in the door. However, since the merger has taken place, I haven't seen as much incompetency in a business anywhere else in my life. I tried to make a simple transaction of a loan payment after mistakingly paying a few bills after writing a check that I had forgotten about. My reserve line had covered this, and I merely went in to make the loan payment from my savings account. From that point, it took me almost a week to get this transaction resolved. I had gotten errors through the online app, so called the branch to have the payment made for me, and was met with so much confusion and incompetency for such a simple transaction.. by the end of the call, I was very frustrated, but assured that the loan payment was made and I would incur zero interest. However, upon checking a couple days later, I witnessed that the payment had not been made, and in fact a transfer had been put into my checking account. When I called back, I was again met with much confusion and the banker even attempted to try to close my overdraft protection account all together and leave me unprotected. Why on earth? Would anybody suggest this? I may need to take my banking somewhere else as I am now fearful for the safety of my accounts at this bank.

The ATM gave me 5 $20 bills and a $100 bill. This alone required me to go into the branch to break the $100 bill. They no longer use the teller windows inside; you have to go to an employee's desk where they want you to sit down and only then they get up again and go inside a secured room to get the cash and bring it back to their desk for you. WHO IS THIS BENEFITTING? NOT THE CUSTOMER. All I want to do is get in and out quickly. This is their new concept in personal banking.
