Call center for Straight Talk in a foreign country. No help, no order number, no invoice, nothing. Went to Security Bank and was told no problem but I needed to wait 30 days to report. I purchased same thing at Walmart since it was Xmas gift. After 30 days I went in to bank and filled out affidavit. A week later Security Bank sent letter saying I was denied and was just out the money. What about the month of service for the phone that was never received nor activated ? Sorry, you are just out. What kind of bank does that to a 70 year old long time customer? You have zero protection if you use Security Bank debit card. My new bank said that should never have happened.

This location in Shawnee is one that we use at my current place of worship (Journey Community Church). I have to say, despite the ostentatious-sounding name, Country Club Bank has left me with the feeling of that old, family-friendly, neighborhood bank time and again. They are very nice people, easy to work with, and even remember my face for the infrequent times that I happen to walk in and actually need something.
