We have a bathroom that's almost 30 years old and was in desperate need of a full remodel. Came at the exact time they said they would and finished the job exactly when they said they would. After years of being stood up from other companies, or grossly highballed by others, I will from now on, always hire Jason's Handyman services. They also installed a recessed light in another bathroom for me! I can see again!

He yelled at me in my own house when I paid him for The work that was completed and not for The area of The ceiling in The pictures. I told him I would be glad to pay for The rest which was $660 when it was done correctly. He told me he did not have The "resources" to finish The job and that he needed my payment to pay his guys. I explained that was not my fault and he agreed. He was very Angry that I would not pay for The painting of The ceiling but I told him it was part of fixing that area. He threatened to put a lein on our home so we could not sell it. I told him that I would post reviews about what happened. I had my 2 grandbabies with me, one who is autistic and kept hitting Jason because he was yelling. I had to throw him out of my house after I wrote another check for The $660 just to get him to leave because he would not honor The job. He fixed 2 other areas in our house. Both were not great jobs but we were willing to accept them. His estimate had been for $3040 and I paid him $2760 because he took $280 off for The poor patch job. My ceiling is still not fixed! We are moving out of state next month.

I HATE to change my reviews to a lower star but this was a disappointment given my previous…read moreexperience with Hugo. I texted him in September as I had several things lined up that needed installed and repaired. It was a few days before he responded but he did and explained that he had been working on a big project. He came out on 9/20 to do the work. One of the projects was to remove a light fixture and install two mini pendant lights. These are two separate fixtures with chain links from the ceiling to the actual light encasing. This was the last project of the day and he did a great job of changing out my old light to this updated look. With one exception. He called me in to look at them and I noticed one was hanging shorter than the other. When I mentioned it he said "No, it's correct." I didn't want to be rude and go get a tape measure to ensure that it was correct (I will in the future). After he left I measured and it was 1/4" shorter. To some this might not seem like much but it is noticeable. When he was leaving he commented that my house could use quite a bit of work (he was tactful) and I agreed. I could tell he was soft selling me for future larger projects. That was fine as I would like to hire a small business to do the work when I'm ready. We discussed a few more projects for his next visit and he left. Fast forward to 10/19. I sent a text that the needed to fix the light and why. He responded and asked if the light fell. I reiterated that the light on the right was shorter. It's now 11/14. I have yet to hear back from him. I'm in sales, if I did something incorrectly I own it and do the best I can to fix the problem. Especially if I want future work and bigger projects. When you fail to even respond it is highly unprofessional. I will have to pay a different handyman to fix the issue now.
