Did a security assessment of my business location, offered solutions to my security problem and was able to mitigate them in very short order, replacing all inferior hardware with UL 437 underwritten high security American made products- installed all fast and professionally- all mess was cleaned up and everything looks and functions perfectly. Hinges were checked as well, strike plates replaced and/or adjusted, and everything was explained and walked down before they left. Also, the Medeco locks I requested were installed and after purchase and labor for install were still cheaper than anyone in the Houston area. Doesn't get any better. ok I see the complaints on here and kinda sad. This is an old company, family owned. They have helped me so many times. Yes, sometimes a little disorganized and you may have to wait a little. They have always helped me, even when my time and problems infringed on them. So, it goes both ways, people. I have ran a small business in this town for 14 years. I have a rental property in Baytown. The door knob on the front door was not installed properly and we needed to replace all hardware - utilize a new knob that would use a key to lock from inside or outside -- and add a lock to the door going from garage into house. Such HORRIBLE experience. No one in an unlocked and unsecured office. Waited for well over 15 minutes for the incredibly rude secretary to finally show up-who had left the property completely. I will not be doing business with Tony's, I have called the rather large DEALERSHIP that recommended Tony's and was told that they will not be recommending or using them again as I am not the only complaint they have had and I have told my purchasing department at work and they will not be using their services again. How can you leave your store front open with customer's items laying around everywhere? Not only was I insulted in Spanish, I didn't feel safe in that neighborhood and definitely not comfortable leaving my things there. read more
