Because of the unprofessional,unethical instructor we had. Her name is Mrs.Burnaze she would come to class with a hungover and had the unwillingness to teach us. She would sit on her phone with her legs on the chair eating while the other instructor would be stressed out having to teach all 15 students. We hardly learned anything,the program charged us for things we didn't even do in class for example bleach trays, digital charting because she choose for us not to do them. Despite not doing them she took off points from us to make it look like we did. Students and I want a refund for at least half of it. This is fraude and will not be silenced.

The instructors were kind, patient,appropriate, informative, timely, and efficient. When you call the business, they answer their phone and are courteous and helpful. There were always a lot of options for class times and drive times. They were always on time and ready to go and didnt keep anyone waiting. The vehicles the teens drove for practice were clean and well kept. The fees charged for the course were reasonable for the service received and lower than other competitors. My other teens used another popular driving school in town and I was less than impressed with them. I am so glad I decided to give South Sound a try. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
