For as much money as this business takes in they could do a remodel/expansion! The waiting room is too small, the bathrooms are dated, I've had 3 kids go through this office (in LAKEWOOD). Reinvest some of that $$ and make the place more comfortable (please). The staff and instructors are nice The handout about when testing occur is confusing. Can you or can't you make an appointment to road test? I was told "no" but the flyer says you can. If i could give this place 0 stars i would! Let's start off by mentioning the SHITTY CUSTOMER SERVICE from the staff behind the counter. I have never met someone so unwilling to do the job that they signed up for, they could not even be bothered to answer any simple questions i had and extremely rude! Then the driving instructor Lee Ann is so fucking rude and racist i would HIGHLY ADVISE YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I scheduled a driving appointment and showed up 4 mins late because of construction making me take a detour. Now from what i have seen policy requires you to be at least 10mins late for them to refuse you. But leave it to Lee Ann to completely disregard protocol and do her own fucking thing. If you want my advice go to the (Graham location) please. They have amazing customer service, they answer their calls and send plenty of reminder emails, and the driving instructors are the most amazing people you would ever meet. I just did my driving exam with Lee Ann and it was very terrible experience. she started by telling me I have taught MONKEYS from Tanzania how to drive.. how can you say such a thing, she was very rude and racist . The customer service here is awful! on the phone and in person. They're very limited and tight-lipped with the information needed and necessary. As well as extremely rude staff! However, the actual driving instructors are amazing! I wish I could give them a separate review it would be a five-star! It was like pulling teeth trying to get the information needed to get my daughter's permit and license. All they care about is THE PAYMENT UPFRONT! On the day of my daughter's driver's test, the instructor asked her if she watch the videos and she responded what videos? The instructor gave my daughter a form with the links for the driven videos. I will never recommend this school My wife went for driving test and she was treated rudely by one of their old white lady instructors "Lee Ann". My wife felt so discriminated. She failed on her score for unreasonable reasons.(?) She was 6 min late because of accident/fire along the way and that Lee Ann with wasn't accepting her apologies and that she was RUDE, sounded aggravated to my wife , that old lady needs to go somewhere else.. I came here to get my license. I did the written exam and road exam. The staff are very nice. My road exam was with LeeAnn and she was so friendly and kind it didn't even feel like a test! She corrected me and gave me second chances and talked to me the whole way through. I would definitely recommend this place. My experience with them was great. read more

Learned a lot from this place. I put off getting my license for a long time. Pricy but you do learn a lot. I signed up for a weekend class, it's 15 classes that are each 2 hrs long. 5 drives. Was 500+ in cost. Written test at the end of the class. My teacher was Trooper Ron. Made a few good friends during the corse. If you decide to take a road test with them at the end of your class then you can choose between using your own vehicle or using one of there's. The cost is 40$ for yours 65 for theirs. Leann was super nice she was my driver during my road test. My class ended on the second of July and I had my license by the 9th! Would definitely recommend going here! read more

Really like how this is set up. Easy to work schedule into a parent's days and evenings. Staff is available in the evenings and classes are going all the time if student has to make up a day. All testing is done thru them and only reason to go to DOL is the permit and permanent license. So much better now that this is privatized. read more

Preparing a teenager to drive is pretty nervous-making, but 911 Driving School has helped our family all along the way. They have various schedules for classes to work with, and they allow make-up classes if there's a one-time schedule conflict. The admin staff are unfailingly helpful in explaining the procedures for signing up for drives and tests and all kinds of parent-of-new-driver questions. The behind-the-wheel instructors are no-nonsense and keep the standards high so new drivers will be safe. And the best thing is that the teachers are all former law enforcement, so they really know their stuff. My new driver continues to share things she learned from this course. LOVED the instructors, loved the staff. Unfortunately had the experience of dealing with the female owner of the business today. HORRIBLE customer service, Condescending when simple questions were asked, Rude, stated my daughter's business loud enough that the whole lobby could hear. Told me to leave when I told her I wanted to finish my sentence when she talked over me. I told her I wanted to talk to another representative who worked there, as I had only ever experienced wonderful people at this branch. She told me she was the owner and told me to LEAVE NOW. I had to call another branch just to get the information I actually needed. Was hugely concerned because they held all of my daughter's paperwork. Found out I could go to the DOL and avoid dealing with her or giving her any additional money. Wished I had taken my business elsewhere. Again, the instructors were amazing, OWNER does not deserve a dime. The only reason I even gave this branch credit is because the instructors that I had dealt with are amazing. read more
