We had our…read morelarge tree cut down by this company a couple of weeks ago and they just came back to remove the stump. Nothing as far as the process or what to expect afterwards was explained. I understand grindings would be left to cover the hole, but I guess my level of expectation for service as far as cleanup was more than what I actually got. The machine they were on also dug up our grass! When they cut down the tree, they did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. The job was delayed, communication was poor throughout, and my property was damaged. The crew also left the work in an unacceptable condition as a completed job before I had to request them to correct the horrible planting (see photo). What professional company would leave a job like this? What's most frustrating is that I simply requested a $250 refund (about 20% of the total cost) to cover the damage. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was put through an unnecessarily difficult process. I ultimately paid the full invoice just to move on. This company used to provide reliable, high-quality service, which is why I stayed with them for so long. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I'm willing to pay for quality--but based on this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same.
