If you plan to buy clothes here they are a little expensive but the board and ski rental prices are very competitive. They also have a convenient drop box outside so we were able to enjoy the full 3 days we rented and deposited the boards in the drop box after they were closed. Which is nice because you don't have to rush a boarding session to return the boards on time. Over all great place, made our vacation easy and simple and I would definitely recommend. Although we have not been to the other shops near by so take it with a grain of salt but "First track" is a great option in my opinion.

We put in requests at the ski resort and a few shops by the slopes to keep an eye out. As expected, we had to pay the fee for the "lost skis" but we're assured if they were turned in we would get a refund. My husband followed up after a week and the skis were not turned in. Several weeks later he got a call that they were located and a refund would be issued within the next 3-4 hours. And it was!! We learned to use Lockard after this experience. But we are so thankful the staff were honest and followed up with us as promised. Highly recommend this company for rental needs.

A woman came out and very hostilely told him not to take videos and images and rolled her eyes in anger. She did not even give us a chance to explain. We were in shock. We decided to leave and not give the store our money. The selection wasn't much different than any of the other stores down king street. I do not recommend shopping in a store that would treat paying customers with such hostility.
