He gives his patients plenty of time, rarely do I wait more than 10" past my appointment time. He is very responsive to secure emails and typically is conservative in ordering expensive tests. The office is well-run and if I need to see a physician, either Dr. Hedberg or one of his partners will get me in the same day.

I've never been sent to collections before in my life and since my credit doesn't matter anymore, I will not be paying it. I think they should be sued for turning people over to collections without notification, especially when they take my credit card every time I walk in the door! So it's my fault you charged my credit card, but not for the correct amount? Dr. Morel vouched for my relative sanity and a neurologist finally ended up diagnosing me with a rare hereditary condition that can cause adrenaline secreting tumors, and I evidently have one. Unfortunately the office staff were very unpleasant and incompetent but I'm beginning to think that's a job requirement for them everywhere.

Well not all urgent care facilities are created equal because we found out this is the best AFC location! When you don't have a local doctor or you need one after hours, this is the go to! We first showed up as an emergency appointment at another location but then we did a check up on a return visit at this Lakewood location. And guess what? What started out as a small fracture diagnosis but we found out by the staff at this location it was one of two fractures! They really pay attention to details and we are so grateful and will make this our new urgent care favorite facility for future needs. They do have a X-ray machine and a technician that will read the results. You can get in and out without waiting up all night at a typical hospital ER. Win, Win for everyone!
