It's really sad to have a PCP and if you have something wrong you are always sent to urgent care. Katie Payne can only see you if you're doing 2 or more weeks out for an appointment. Very sad she's not set up to get to know her patients. Also. When moving be aware they do not review your prior medical records and want to tell you you need procedures that have been done and insurance won't cover because it's too soon. read more

Would give less than 1 star if I could. We're new in town and wife needed prescription renewal, and made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. She did all of the paper work online prior to the appointment. The office called twice the day before the appointment to confirm; all seemed good. Except, when she arrived for the appointment she was told "SORRY WE'RE NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS NOW"!!! This after their calls to my wife to confirm paperwork and appointment just the day before! Wife received NO call telling her they cancelled her appointment and would refuse to see her. NOW wife has no doctor and her prescriptions are running out! CAN'T believe Centura would allow this! Now what do we do for her prescriptions??? read more

I love Dr. Berry, who is amazing! But, scheduling is a mess--they double book, continually have to rebook your appointment, and leave you on hold for no less than 30 minutes every time I have to call in. With this system, I always feel like a number, not a person. If Dr. Berry wasn't so amazing, I would have already moved on. read more

You wonder why this clinic is rated so low? They charge inflated charges for you to see a PA and charge $277 for a office visit even if you go in for a sinus inflection. I called starting in May on my coding charge and trying to get them to get the correct address. It took until December 10, over 5 calls to get them to correct the address no apologizes no concern or care about all the mistakes they make. I called the patient relations on dec 4, about my concerns, she couldn't even tell me what her job was suppose to be nor could she call me back in the time frame stated 48 -72 hours...today is dec 12. I asked to dispute the bill, I was told they do not send out paper work to dispute. this is suppose to go to medical review in 1-2 weeks. Id like a reduction in my bill. I just read the other reviews & wasn't surprised by complaints about front desk staff. My husband & I've come to like our doctor. However, we've been treated rudely & with disdain numerous times by front desk people. Several days ago, I tried to get my husbands blood pressure prescription refilled. He takes 2 pills. In the past, he took one pill, which was a combination of the current pills; our insurance would no longer cover it so for over a year, he's taken these 2 pills. We changed our pharmacy in Jan 2018. In Feb, we had no issue. This month, however, has been a struggle. The office called the prescription in to the wrong pharmacy. My husband went to pick up the medication at that pharmacy & was told it was "on hold" for approval. I called the doctors office, & was told the medications had been combined again & we'd have to wait, possibly 5 to 7 working days. I asked why the prescription had been changed. They couldn't give me an answer. In addition, my husband was prescribed a water pill... we have no idea what this is for, we weren't told or consulted. My husband has high blood pressure & an aortic aneurysm; he's been repeatedly told by our doctor he MUST take his medication everyday. I asked for the prescriptions to be called in correctly; I was told they couldn't be. I asked to speak to the doctor or make an appointment with him. It turns out he is on vacation... if he is, who authorized the prescription to be changed & who ordered the extra medicine? I asked to speak to or make an appointment with another doctor. The person I was speaking with laughed & said "no one was available". REALLY?! I was told to call back the next day (today) & they'd try to straighten things out... I called this morning. Nothing was resolved. I asked for a call back. I did not get one. I called a few hours later. Nothing was resolved. Again, a few hours later, no call back, nothing resolved. Finally spoke again with they same person (Brianna?) who said she'd try to straighten things out. She sounded VERY aggravated that I was calling again; she told me that the office asked for authorization, & sent documentation over to the correct pharmacy & now it was the pharmacies job to follow up... In effect she was telling me I was no longer her "problem". I was in tears when I explained this to the people at our pharmacy. The pharmacist realized how urgent this was & split up the medications into two prescriptions & they were immediately approved. There was NO need for this. NONE. I would like to note one woman who initially answered the phone was polite, but after she transferred my call it was nothing but unprofessionalism. Crystal is another person who has been helpful, but it is hard to get to talk to her... One a side note; the "hold" recording is just AWFUL, especially with people with severe anxiety such as myself. I understand the need to caution people but seriously, to drag out numerous symptoms & the possibilities of what they could be is just traumatic. It could be much more succint... This health group is part of Centura Health. I am a Medicaid patient and am consistently balance billed. This is against the law if you are on Medicaid and the medical group has a contract with Medicaid. I am very disappointed with the ethics of this group. However, there is one excellent doctor there I have seen for my children. She is about all this practice has going for it. read more

I agree 100 percent with the other rating on this physicians group. As long as you can get through the horrible rude ladies at the front desk the doctors are great. I have to literally go in there and stop in of the nurses in the back to get a prescription refilled. It got so bad that I spoke to the head of the office manager and have her personal number, well now I found out the only commandant person that worked there moved on. So now I wait for my prescription way longer than the 72 hours that they say it could take. Still waiting. The girl with the raspy voice, as the other person said, passed a message on to one of the nurses who is usually really nice, today I went to talk to her and she was rude m, rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I am now going to file a complaint with the hospital administration and see if that helps or see if it just makes things worse for me when I have an appointment. *After contacting the hospital administrators I was called immediately and my prescription was filled. read more

Getting a prescription filled through this office is a constant hassle. They usually don't respond to the requests of my pharmacy without several faxes of phone calls. Recently they wouldn't fill my prescriptions because they said I wasn't a patient of their office. I've been a patient there for over five years. This week they filled one prescription, but had to be called days later to fill another brought in on the same day. If you have meds that need to be taken daily . . . . GOOD LUCK! read more

Let me start out by saying the doctor's at this practice are absolutely incredible. They attend to every need and will see you the same day if you have an emergency. My physician is always on top of things and takes time to listen to me rather than rushing me out of the exam room. That being said, the support staff is absolutely awful. I have never in my life gotten the run around so much, and I am from a big city with a huge practice that has hundreds of patients. There is one call center that takes ALL of the calls for every physician, so losing notes, prescription refill requests, appointments etc is very common. I always get the same rude girl named Kendra who sounds like she is doped out of her mind with a raspy voice and slow train of thought. When I try to get a refill done she nosily asks me what it's for, why do I take it etc etc. I would rather not spill my guts to her, but rather put in the request and let the doctor make the decisions. I put in a refill request 3 weeks ago, and they just called me yesterday to ask about it. Keep in mind that I am on a prescription that cannot be stopped for several days or withdrawal effects start to have horrible effects on my body, thus preventing the medication from doing it's job as I have to stop every month for at least a couple days. My pharmacist himself has angrily called the doctor's office to ask what the hold up is, and told me that he is always trying to get the lazy girls in the call center to do their job. It's really disappointing when the physicians are so awesome, but the lack of motivation on the support's part makes the whole practice look bad.
