As you enter the building there is an elevator to take you to the second floor if you are planning on seeing one of the doctors. Otherwise you will walk on in to the waiting area and there is someone at the desk to get your info and let your therapist know you have arrived. The waiting area is very clean and bright. They have a tv on for entertainment if you choose to watch it while you wait. There is a rest room there as well. I didn't have to wait long before my therapist called me back. This was my initial visit. They have several pieces of equipment in the main room and a few therapist had different patients that they were helping during my visit. If you want privacy this wouldn't be the place to go as everyone is in one big open room. There were maintenance men working up in the ceiling during my visit as well which I am sure cannot be avoided but did offer somewhat of a distraction. Christine was my therapist and she was very knowledgeable in my issue. She did some initial measurements and then applied heat so my muscles would be nice and warmed up for her to work on. I ended up getting some exercises to work on at home and she was very attentive in watching so I knew for sure what to do on my own. I'll be returning weekly for awhile so may be updating my review if necessary.

I'm an out-of-towner, come in from Chicago to take care of my parents, and I had a couple of busted molars that had been giving me trouble. Robinson Family Dental were able to get me in within a couple days of my calling them, and the fees for the xrays I had to get as well as the office visit (in order to receive antibiotics) were incredibly reasonable. And they were able to get me in very quickly for the extractions they recommended - barely four days from start to finish, all told. Everyone from Dr. Sowle himself and his hygienists (I saw Debbie today), to the staff at the front desk are incredibly friendly and helpful, and did everything in their power to make me, a nervous patient, feel comfortable. Even though they couldn't take my insurance, I'd see no problem traveling from Chicago to see them again if I have more work that needs to be done. Do note that they take payment at the time of sevice, and they do not accept CareCredit. But really, the prices were so fair that it really wasn't a big deal at all. The free consultation helped take a lot of the worry away. Thank you again for making my extractions as quick and painless as they were! He preserved what teeth were preservable, and I never felt pressured to get expensive or doubtful dental procedures. The dental procedures aren't painful, but I am careful to mention each visit that I have sensitive teeth and gums, and the staff takes that into account. Of course, the formerly painful cavities, cracked teeth, etc. have been fixed by now. I used to feel so pressured at dental clinics, and to never know when the dentist might be off his game that day, anxious to increase his / her monthly billings through not necessary procedures, or in a hurry to get to his golf game or whatever instead of being focused on MY TEETH! I took in MRI reports and images detailing my lumbar stenosis, thoracic issues and told them I had a torn rotator cuff before my evaluation. Then today I was called and told not to come in right before my appointment. The excuse was I had too many issues to treat as a patient. Issues I had disclosed prior to the evaluation. When I asked for my $100 back Dr Snider refused. This is a bad faith business practice.

Our last visit my wife was 15 minutes late exactly for her appointment at 2:30 and mine was 2:45. Amanda said she would not see my wife because she was 15 minutes late but I could go in. So I just left. My wife had never been late in 5 years. My Dad just died we needed to talk about antidepressants we both started taking. We were having a terrible day and couldn't help being late.
