I took in MRI reports and images detailing my lumbar stenosis, thoracic issues and told them I had a torn rotator cuff before my evaluation. Then today I was called and told not to come in right before my appointment. The excuse was I had too many issues to treat as a patient. Issues I had disclosed prior to the evaluation. When I asked for my $100 back Dr Snider refused. This is a bad faith business practice.

Caitlin was a standout regarding personality and quality of service. Dr. Crabtree provided an excellent experience and felt that he truly listened to what I had to say as a patient.
