Literally two days before it was to go on the market, a pipe burst in the kitchen. I live out of state, and I did not have any idea who to call, and I left everything up to them. That evening they got ServPro out to suck up the water and to dry everything out. Insurance became involved, and a contractor was recommended. Suffice it to say that the contractor was less than stellar. Too many delays, etc. However, Jessica and Masumi would drop by periodically to be my eyes and ears and give me a report on how the construction was coming.
