Karen is very sensitive to that, and works to finish quickly to ensure the safety of baby. She is very warm and compassionate, accommodating, and kind, seems like an old friend and adds a personal touch / goes the extra mile to provide what you need, which just makes you feel so well taken care of. She's also very professional and send you invoices, photos, and reports quickly. She also has access to different clinics and can come to your home which provides a ton of flexibility, which is especially important during the difficulties of pregnancy. The area I was in was totally for rehabilitation, the staff was trained for us and this facility has NOT HAD ONE CASE of COVID since the beginning of this pandemic I felt safe and secure. The rehab staff is totally trained and the reason I walked out of the facility after 2 weeks of intensive attention to my recovery. I did NOT want to come to Summerfield and I will say, they saved my life. I could not have gone home and received the care and progress that the facility gave me. We had Covid tests, the staff followed all precautions and I was at such ease knowing how serious they respected the virus. I felt safe and secure. If there is a question as to where you or your loved ones needing trusted care, Summerfield is most certainly a facility I trust. They helped me, with the commitment of staff, to be able to get back to my home and start living after some very serious surgeries! I went from a place that I swore I didn't want to go to a place that impressed me with its Covid negative facility that saved my life and allowed me to get back to living the life I am grateful for. He's super knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about my well-being. He took the time to explain what could be causing my pain, what my options were, and what would be best for me. He showed me every exercise I needed to do at home, explained how many times a day I should do them, wrote everything down for me, and provided links to an online PT program. He always follows up, keeps track of my progress, and if the pain continues, he recommends other steps to take. Anytime I have a question, he responds in the same day with clear instructions, which I really appreciate! I can tell that he truly wants to help me feel better and live pain free. He's always on time, takes his time during our sessions, and makes sure I understand everything.
