I was there to see my baby I didn't bother to say anything because I know when you do. You don't end up having a great experience I brushed it off and I let her begin the measurements for our baby she had a hard time getting images of her measurements because baby kept on moving she began placing more pressure on my belly to see her better since I'm a first time mom, I had no clue that we can say anything about this because I've never experienced this before in the end I tried to thank her and shake her hand, but she says I don't do that my hands are dirty She left the room That whole afternoon I was in pain. I had to be in bed rest and I didn't think to say anything, me and my husband agreed that the next time I go in and it ends up being her that we would ask for somebody else. We didn't like the way she treated me or the care she gave. July 17 i'm 6 months now we are placed in our room and me and my husband had spoken prior to this day about if she would ever be our technician again we would ask for a different one. She walks in and that's exactly what my husband does he talks to the front desk, if we can get somebody else besides her. We had the manager asking what's going on we told her our experience gets a new technician starts my Ultrasound. Remind you we pay $400 for every Visit This new technician was having her coworkers back and asked me to go to the restroom because she noticed my bladder was too full she was unable to get baby's images by the time I came back from the restroom to Start the Ultrasound she calls the manager in The manager ends up telling me that our next visit i won't be allowed to bring any more guest with me anymore if he is on his phone at this point, I didn't even want to continue or come back anymore because they're more concerned about my husband being on his phone then about me being treated We finished the Ultrasound and I don't like people being fake but me and my husband just continued with the conversations with the new technician. She didn't even bother to give me a picture of my babies Ultrasound, which is insane to me because every visit is $400 I understand that nobody likes to get in trouble, but I have to advocate for my child and for myself when it comes to being a first time mom The Manager was not doing what shes been preaching "we treat everybody the same" but obviously she was more worried about her team more than her patience. I am 27w4d on my last trimester and now I have to be going In every 2 weeks for now on and because I spoke up for myself that I was in pain they took this out of content and the whole energy shifted in the whole office and technicians we're talking and communicating among each other about how I spoke up for myself and we're afraid to help me and give me the care or service that everyone should be getting at a high risk place. I give this place a 1 star review for the way that they moved and treated me and for the manager not going by what she preached they treat everybody the same, but that's not how I got treated. I got treated as if me saying something was wrong and for them to get the upper hand and telling me I can't have guest come in with me after that day if my husband continued on his phone. I am so grateful that my husband is with me at every single appointment since I've gotten pregnant and if they would take that opportunity from me, it would break me and I would never return. Jose Ortiz, the doctor I had is great…read more Some of the staff I worked with is not. Dr. Ortiz gave me the right meds just by listening and then looking at the ER papers. I had a doctor at the ER that with all the tests done and the same info I shared, he did not give me the right antibiotic. I had a serious infection and high fever for a week and he doubled the antibiotics I had before I went to the ER... yes, and was charged 1k after insurance. Dr. Ortiz Saved another trip to the emergency room or something worse. I would take a good doctor even if it meant having to deal with some issues with the staff, it might just be uncomfortable to be in that position if you are in need of efficient staff. If you are, the manager resolved my issues when they were escalated, she was kind and made sure everything was okay.

Now that I have gone to a new doctor's office repeating the same exact symptoms I originally told this clinic, they immediately ran tests, ultrasounds, and exams. I have been diagnosed with PCOS. Despite the weird interaction…read moreI had over the 25-dollar late fee, I was reminded of how the staff at the Westover Hills Clinic are some of the most professional, hard-working, and kind people. They have consistently provided superb service and follow-through, so I recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a PCP. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I missed an appointment due to an emergency, called them beforehand to let them know, and they said it would be enough since it was an emergency. Called to reschedule, they said I never called so I'd have to pay. Asked them to check their system, they didn't find evidence of my call. I called back to reschedule again, the said they found the notes in their system, but I'd have to appeal formally. I asked them what proof was needed, and they said I'd just have to make the claim that I had emergency surgery. So I asked what's the difference between now and then, since I had already done that and what would constitute as proof to waive the fee. They couldn't really answer, transferred me to billing and billing said they couldn't do anything, I'd have to talk to the practice. I asked billing to get on the call with me and the practice, and they said they would, but they did a simple transfer instead. When I finally agreed to pay and appeal later, they didn't have the appointment I needed. One big circus, wasting everyone's time, over 25 dollars.
