The plan was to order the same leggings in a larger size and full length, but with many contact attempts and no response I will take my business elsewhere. It's interesting when this happens (and it's rare), because businesses need consumers money. Without us you go out of business.

Lots of actual designer labels here, even some YSL and Gucci bags behind glass. If you hit it right, you can get designer dresses marked down from hundreds of dollars for just $90 or so if you're shopping toward the end of the season. On my most recent trip here I walked out with $4 jean shorts, a $12 top, two pairs of casual shorts that came in a set for $6, and a two piece outfit for $29. Finding these items, especially on clearance, is a bit of a dig. It's decently well organized, but the clearance section is definitely a bit of the wild, wild west. Lots of things in this store are the very last one, so if you see something you love but need a different size you're probably out of luck. Definitely worth a stop in if you're in the area.

I spent over an hour & half trying on and creating outfits by picking out items I wanted to buy from her discounted rack. Gave at least 8 of the items to the girl to hold at the counter as i continued to shop. The manager went through those items, came up to me and said one of the dresses should not have been on the rack. okay no problem! When I went up to buy the rest of the pieces , The manager took them ALL AWAY into the back without even showing me or even giving me a chance to purchase what I had picked out and tried on, Wow!!!! It's like she used me to source out items to then change them to a higher ticketed price for another time when they were clearly tagged!!! It's not like the quality of these items were worth that much . She Left me feeling completely shocked and drained. Be careful of this manager switching pieces prices and even taking items back . one of worst shopping experiences I've ever had. A huge mistake made and then to not make up one accommodation to allow the customer to purchase one piece for The stores error is something I've never experienced . So disappointed

Yes some stuff is a bit dated but on a recent trip I got the most RAD high top adidas sneakers for $12.50!!! So she is worth the drive-by. Staff is very passionate about their store and will even sell you opposite sex clothing if you look at it. Amazing mix of housewares, jewelry, footwear, clothing, games and the like. You are sure to leave with something or at least be amazed by something else. Selection varies weekly so it makes a great spot to stop after your TJ Maxx excursion. If you dig this place you will like Ladies Village thrift store in East Hampton.

First, I was offered a glass of the Wolffer Estate Rose "Summer in a Bottle". Delish. Then Helene, the store manager, proceeded to knock my socks off with her excellent customer service. She listened to what I mentioned about my taste, and was very proactive in helping me find pieces that were perfect for me, and that I had never seen online. Their selection of materials are different and practical. The customer service at the Bridgehampton store belongs to the store manager, Ms. Lin Restivo. It is alive and well, thanks to Lin. She is polite, very warm and friendly. Lin will try and accommodate the clients in whatever way possible. For example, if the dress size is not available , she will research and try to find another location, with free shipping. She is a dedicated employee and I can understand why she is a store manager.
