I tried on a pair of shorts, they were close to what I wanted, but not exact. When I left the fitting room, the employee asked what I thought. I answered honestly, and just minutes later, she returned with 5 pairs of shorts, all similar, but with what I wanted changed in mind. Keep in mind, when shopping here, expect Raulph Lauren prices, but in my eyes, you're paying for the quality and reputation of Ralph Lauren!

It didn't have a tracking number till AFTER her birthday when she was already home! Worse? They would not change the address but they said they would attach a return to sender sticker. Common sense? Not to be found at Gucci. Gucci proceeded to mail the present to an address the birthday person wouldn't be at- and no sticker. It's somewhere in freight at a resort. I am out $1100. Gucci customer service is a JOKE! Chat responds in 28 hours!! They consistently apologize but no one does anything! Everyone blames someone else. DO NOT buy Gucci unless you leave with it in hand.
