She's been extremely helpful and is always knowledgeable about what needs or doesn't need to be repaired. I know without a doubt that I will get an accurate diagnosis and no added repairs of things that aren't broken. It was not even a half hour later when a truck pulled up to my domicile. It was a guy named Jacob(Jake?) who I have dealt with before. Very nice, respectful and efficient. He got my engine "jumped" and afterward said that I really should replace it ASAP. I took his advice. I drove to a parts retailer and the woman tested my battery, told me that it was defective. I bought it and she installed it. Things and autos cost money. Well worth it to have a running vehicle.
