I came here on August 5th 2024, to get my car fixed when it was flooded out by Hurricane/Tropical Storm Debbie, I was recommended this place by a family member who lives in Florida. Anyways, my sunroof sprung a leak and caused a lot of damage. So they had found the cause of the leak and offered a fair price on some parts the insurance wouldn't cover. But here comes the issues... When the car was first repaired, it leaked again before it left the shop, so they improperly diagnosed the leak, so it had to be re-repaired, ok? No big deal originally. They do that and give me the car back, but then there were ripped wires for my dashcam system, improperly secured interior trim, and a new air bag light. They fixed the wiring issue, and the improperly secured trim they caused by mistake, but then refused to acknowledge the light without charging more to diagnose and repair the problem. That's where it became a problem for me, and I am frustrated with that. Luckily, I was able to take it to another shop, and they repaired the issue for free and in less than an hour, as it was just an unplugged wire underneath a seat. And recently Oct 24th, 2024, the sunroof again started to leak which what it was repaired before obv... and found they stripped out the screws for the Sun visers as well based on what another shop had said. And the insurance company is totaling my vehicle. But all this said begs the question of how reliable this company is in fairness to others and issues they cause. I can understand they did fix all the problems they caused besides just the airbag related issue, but it just wasn't fair to me even with all the same issues reappearing again.

I called and explained the situation to Mark who transferred me over to Johnny. I was already impressed with their happy tone and demeanor! Johnny clearly set all expectations and possible out of pocket expenses that could occur if it was not covered by warranty. I set up a diagnostic appointment 2 days later. Make a long story short the issue I thought I had was nothing more than a sloppy oil change previously done by another company. I had another issue in which they could not duplicate .They wanted me to come in and pick up my car. I told Johnny to please trust me and take my car for another test ride. He listened to what I was saying and said he will tell the mechanics my concerns again. I did have an intermittent issue and they experienced it.( whew)...thanks Johnny for truly listening to my concerns and taking it seriously. Johnny called me to inform me that they ordered the part but it could be up to 5 days until they get it From Tampa. In the meantime hurricane Helene is 18 hours away and I live right on the water and stress was high. I was under mandatory evacuation. I called and asked Mark if they could just keep my car there and he said" of course, stay safe". ( wow! I didn't have to worry about picking up my car and finding a place to store it during the hurricane) Fast forward...car is fixed, she runs nicely without any issues. I'm so impressed with the communication and resolution but more than anything I'm into excellent customer service and that they did....kudos!, well done everyone!     I took my truck in for an oil change. I have used topline in the past for work, and trusted them. I…read morepick my truck up and when I got home as you can see from the photos the oil was leaking all over my driveway. I had to have the truck towed back to their shop, at my expense . When I called the shop and spoke to Adam he said he would take care of it. Mind you they charged my $299 last year to do an oil pan seal. I call Adam and he wants to charge me for a new oil pan, of which they damaged when they did the oil change. I told him about the damage to my driveway and he never offered to do anything about it. The best he could do was charge me $139 for an oil pan. He claims it wasn't their fault. He then tries to tell my that I need all this other work done in order for him to do an alignment on my truck. The price on that work was $3300.00. Mind you my truck only has 64,000 miles on it. I paid for the oil pan and told him I'll have to think about it. I then take my truck to a highly respected shop for another opinion. Guess what, they could do the work for $540. This guy is a rip off. Do not trust him for any of your work. Consumer beware!!!!!

    In March of 2024 I booked an appt with TopLine on Commercial Way. Been going there for many years…read more I was told my battery was going to need replacing so I took their advice and had them replace it. On my way home my friend followed me and told me I had leaked fluid all the way including my driveway/ garage. Called TopLine and told them what happened. They assured me they didn't know what it could be but it wasn't anything they did. The next day I drove it to their shop as all my engine lights came on immediately. TopLine said I had a broken anti-freeze reservoir and after checking the internet they found one (the only one in the world, mind you) it would cost me $700. He ordered it and for some reason I felt I was being scammed. I checked ebay and found 2. I ordered one for $319.99 plus $30 shipping from Melbourne, FL. Topline lowered their price from $700 to $375 as well as advising me they did not break the reservoir tank. I arrived home and as I was walking past my car in the garage the trim fell off my hood. All the clips were broken and they had put gobs of black gooey 3M on the hood to hold it on until it left their shop. I ended up taking my car to Joe's Collision down the road and he charged me for the part only and no labor after I told him what TopLine did to my car. Not only do they damage parts on your car they won't "own" up to it when they do...but they scam you with increased prices for the damage they caused and God help you if you dare to complain because they'll damage something else on your car.
