I've been to multiple locations (Georgia, Essex and St. Albans) and have always had nice, professional and friendly treatment. Lost your debit card? No problem, they'll send you a new one! Overdrafts? pretty fair! Have a question? they will do their best to answer it. I don't get my loans here tho, because I've heard they are a little high!

PTC some great employees at most of the branches. I use to work for PTC but left because of all the…read morechanges they made adding fees, it wasn't PTC a small hometown bank anymore they were trying to act like a corporate bank. PTC just recently videoed them do acts of kindness of paying for people's groceries at Hannaford. They want to show they are a bank with a heart. While yes it was nice, they should of used the money to waive their new fees for at least the month of December if they wanted to do something nice for Christmas. That would have actually benefited their customers that they still have.
