OK. These guys are freakin awesome. I see both a PCP and a Behavioral health here. My PCP is my favorite PCP I've ever had. and I just met my psychiatrist like a week ago, but oml he seems so cool and relatable. :D I have lost like over 45 pounds (if not more, im not totally sure actually but i know it was at least 45!) since i started seeing my current pcp and i am feeling so much better. My diabetes is "controlled" and my liver numbers are looking a LOT better too. The receptionists are great, and they are bilingual. I love this, but I don't need this because I mean I only speak english. But It's great that they do offer it, because I notice a lot of the patients that aren't well. um. lol... me! seem to speak spanish. I think they even have some receptionists who speak hindi! I'm not totally sure though. The interior was renovated in the last few years i think? And I like the new way things are set up. Community Clinic has really stepped up it's game. I liked my previous PCP too who was also at this location but she left and Idk why, but that's out of my control. point is um. My new one I like a bit more actually. SHoutut Dr Melissa Swearingen, shoutout Psychiatrist Dr Kern, and also u know what? shout out the phlebotomists who do labs! Yall rock it every time! I have been going to community clinic for prenatal care due to having no insurance, they helped me apply for Medicaid and set me on the track for WIC and scheduled the next appointment. But right in the beginning they estimated me at 15 weeks going based off my last period, but I have PCOS and my periods have always been irregular, they didn't offer an ultrasound or transvaginal ultrasound to confirm the age of pregnancy, doctors reasoning was "we don't have anyone trained to use that machine". But she tried to find the heartbeat and was unsuccessful. Well at the second appointment (4 weeks later) I told the doctor that was in training when she was looking for the heartbeat, that I didn't believe I was 19 weeks pregnant and she told my main doctor that and they tried to find the heartbeat but was unsuccessful again, then they attempted to use the ultrasound machine an this was the first time I was able to see my baby bean, let's just say she guesstimated how far along we were ( 9 weeks an 5 days) but I told her I have an appointment with mercy for an ultrasound the very next day to confirm age of baby bean (10 weeks an 1 day) and they gave me pictures too. Well fast forward to now, a few days away from my 3rd appointment with them and I've been trying to find a new OB since the beginning but every place I call tells me no that I can not be transferred and never tells me why. Well willow creek was very kind to tell me that community clinic likes to lock prenatal patients in a contract until 28 weeks but the way to get out of that is to have community clinic transfer/fax records to the office you are wanting the OB services. I just want quality care for pregnancy, and I don't feel that I have been getting that with community clinic. The doctors and nurses are very kind and nice. But sometimes it's not clear that everyone knows exactly what to do. read more

I suggest finding another place for care. They only care about money and passing the buck when you have an issue, tough,there no way to talk to the elite higher ups. They cover for each other and lie. They tried to tell me the Dr called in a script for an issue I was having so I called the pharmacy and they never received such a script. I am going to Northwest on Aug 1 and I'm glad about it. I will NEVER recommend this place. read more

When I moved to Arkansas, I lost my insurance and at the same time found out I was pregnant. I thankfully found this Clinic who helped me track my pregnancy while I gained insurance. The staff is here is the best office staff I have ever worked with in any office ever. The doctor's are okay. I was here for pregnancy and the doctor kind of read off a paper of all the things that they would help me with. It didn't feel personal and they didn't even say congrats on my pregnancy. It was just a little cold. But overall the price for the services are on a sliding scale if you do not have insurance and it was reasonable. read more

My appointment was great. The woman who administered my covid test was kind of rude but the nurse who talked to me was nice. Their office never answers the phone in a timely manner. Expect to be on hold for 30 minutes. read more

I called a month ago and talk to somebody and they went through all kinds of information for me told me to call back they would be taking new patients February 3rd. For April appointment I called back exactly on February 3rd and got their voicemail I left them my name and my number and ask to be called back trying to get in I never heard back from them so I finally called again 2 Days Later was told that all those appoinments where filled and not taking patients. This clinic is diffecult to reach pr get into. Do not recommend! read more

Excellent experience at Community Clinic on 04/01/21. First visit, quick service, clean facility. I was most impressed with the speed and care I was given. I visited this clinic because I thought I broke my left foot in a fall at home. I was attended to by Nurse Practitioner Nettie Kinsey, APRN. She ordered X-rays ASAP and review of the X-rays ASAP. In a matter of 20 minutes the 3 x-rays were done and read! Upon reading the x-ray results which stated I had a broken left foot. Ms. Kinsey explained the Community Clinic didn't have an orthopedic surgeon on sight to address my broken foot. She immediately asked her assistant (sorry I forgot the very capable assts. name) to get me an appointment ASAP with a Orthopedic Surgeon preferably today since it was a serious break. While we waited for the assistant to get me an appointment with a surgeon, Ms. Kinsey expressed her concern at my swollen foot and how uncomfortable it probably was. Since her assistant was busy Ms. Kinsey herself went and got 2 pillows and an ice pack to lift my foot and hopefully ease the pain. I was so impressed! I've never had a doctor or nurse practitioner be so kind and concerned about my discomfort for any injury. And also to go to the trouble of OBTAINING an appt. for me on a holiday week. As we all know, usually clinics will tell you if you need another type of specialist and you are on your own to find a specialist, let along finding a specialist that takes your insurance AND obtaining a same day appointment. The assistant returned stating she was having trouble obtaining an appt. for me the same day and Ms. Kinsey told her asst. to keep trying and please be quick about it, insisting I must be seen ASAP. Even though the clinic was very busy, Ms. Kinsey and her asst. insisted we stay in the examining room with my foot elevated and iced while we waited for the ortho appt. While comfortably waiting about 1/2 hour later Ms. Kinsey kept popping in and out several times to make sure I was doing okay. Ms. Kinsey returned with her asst. and stated they got me an appt. with an Orthopedic Surgeon (that accepted my insurance) and to go right over. I was so impressed with the kind, fast and efficient service by Ms. Kinsey and her staff at the clinic. I strongly recommend this clinic to you and if you are lucky enough to get nurse practitioner Ms. Nettie Kinsey all the better for you she and her assistant were excellent!! read more
