I was grateful…read morewhen the owner, Steve, told me I would only have to pay a copay of $10 instead of my insurance's normal copay of $40. I checked in after my first few session to make sure that my insurance was being accepted and everything was alright so that I did not end up with a huge bill. I was assured all was well and that I just needed to keep paying my $10 copay. Turns out it was all too good to be true!! I was lied to. I stopped needing services in March then a week ago (August) I was slammed with a bill for $300!! I was obviously upset because I was never made aware that I would be charged. In fact, when I checked with the Staff, I was told everything was fine. Turns out, they LIED and did not bill my insurance until after I stopped going there!! When I called them to discuss this with them, they did not answer and NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I ended up having to go down there in person to speak with someone who gave me an attitude and was completely unwilling to help me or discuss the situation and just said, "it is what is it" and that I owe them. I was totally swindled. Don't let this happen to you. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
