If you are mandated they will never let you go. Doesn't matter how good you are doing in your recovery or how much you prove to them they expect you to give them all your time without leaving room to actually improve your life and work to survive. There are actually really great counselors there but the whole thing is a scam. They kept me for 2 years and then even after the fact that my 5 year probation was coming to an end they still wanted to drag out my completion knowing damn well I earned that shit. read more

Very unprofessional and rude. couldn't even get an appointment or anything close to that because the woman who answers always says "hold on i'll transfer you"... then the next person "hold on i'll transfer you"... then another person, no jk they hung up. Ever since new director Absolutely no communication between staff and patients. They Jeopardize sobriety and mental heath because of their lack of communication . Services offered incorrect from what website states. Performing medical procedures that they are not knowledgeable about. I have a loved one that attends the Shirley location and i noticed every time he gets off the phone or comes back from an appointment he is irritable and anxious and I'm afraid for his sobriety, you can clearly see an abuse of power and if you have mandates do not go here you will not be Victorious. read more

Do not expect to be able to rely on Victory for ANY medication or treatment that you actually need. If you are having a drug problem, seek help anywhere else. My dose was raised dangerously high over a year or so, only for them to leave me with no medication and potentially experience life threatening withdrawal from benzodiazepines. They wouldn't even consider tapering me or giving me an alternate medication, even though THEY prescribed me so much that stopping suddenly is literally a potential for death. Avoid this place at all costs. The therapists are not the issue, it is the director and the front desk. The director should be held accountable for adhering to policies that may have put addicts on the street, or lead to their death when they felt like they had no other options because Victory jacked up their tolerance and then left them to fend for themselves. This is DISGUSTING behavior for any facility that claims to be recovery-oriented enough to have it in the name. read more
