Unprofessional no quality in sessions many times. Child always crying in background during session and therapist constantly moving around as if she was having a casual call. No quality. Another therapist will show up 10 minutes late and not acknowledge or apology for being late. Last I checked a 45 minute session losing 10 minutes of talk time is 25% of the session you paid for. Lastly when you contact the office to explain why you need another therapist Barbara will say well "it only happened that one time." Sorry, I was not aware we should allow or sessions that we pay for to develop continuously before we speak up. Terrible. I'd give this place zero stars if Yelp would allow. Wouldn't expect this from a business that is supposed to be providing Support and help to those who need it.
