When I ask security or customer service if they could kindly speak to them, they agree to and then never do! Part of the issue is that this venue tends to overserve Its patrons. I have never once seen an alcohol compliance worker as noticeably intoxicated people act boorishly. When you get away from your seat to escape the conversations, the workers and police detail are even louder. It's like they have the talk! it's a shame because the venue has great potential. This is the first negative review I have ever posted of anything, but I do not want another music lover to have their experience ruined.

Since this one is a new branch, they are having a promo and you can sign up I think until April, and their interest rate is literally double what i was getting at my old bank. They also give you $15/month towards ATM fees. Their own ATMs are free, but if you went to like a Bank of America, they usually charge you. Well, that's what this $15 is for, it will cover those fees. Oh probably most important is the 1% cashback every time you swipe. Amazing. Of course, there are a lot more benefits but it may change from branch to branch, these are just some of the ones at this branch. If you are wavering with your bank. definitely switch to this one. And even if you're not wavering....look into this. You will probably like what you see! :)

Thinking life is going to be okay. It's crazy, but RTN has been that for me repeatedly. The time I needed to pay a band in cash at the last minute and they verified my ATM location, my safety, and my ID with creative on-the-spot security questions that only I would know. They then tested the transaction with follow up questions. What means so much to me is the skill they used to make sure it was not a scam, that I was not being held at ransom, and in the winter hours when it's dark at 4pm. They were concerned that I get to my destination with the large sum of cash. The time I needed a loan for a car and the professional process that was almost as quick as grubhub . Monday, when I closed on my house, Nicki and Kim used ingenuity, technological expertise, personal integrity, professional responsibility and care to make it happen on an impossible schedule. RTN is the combination of NASA-type skill and small town caring and approachability. RTN is lucky and brilliant for the people they have kept employed for a long period of time. We drive over. We walk in. There's two people in line ahead of us. There are three people at the counter, ALL helping each person. It is taking them no less than 5 to 7 minutes per person. I actually made a comment about, "Not very efficient..." The place closes in about 25 minutes. At quarter of one, we make it up to the counter only to have them tell us their system is down and they can't help us. How about putting a sign on the door? How about telling the only other customer in the place that your system is down while they're waiting? Instead you wasted our time and made it so we were driving like chickens with our heads cut off in hot Saturday traffic to find something open nearby before banks close on a Saturday. Not cool.

There are other banks that do not charge you atm fees when using other bank atm's. You will pay, but they refund you the charges. Naveo will charge you every time. I've had a few other problems over the past few years that I'm not too pleased with as well. Customer service is awful. I should have left this bank a long time ago. Changing accounts is a pain. You will regret using Naveo as your bank.

I have two accounts, so it wasn't a big deal I just transferred money around via the app. I was going on vacation; I stopped in at the Newton branch and Ryan Wong greeted me, he was very polite, cheerful and eager to help. Not only did he put the vacation dates on my card he figured out what was wrong with my primary checking account and printed me a new card I tried it at the ATM and WA LA success :) Not only did Ryan help with my vacation request and fix my card he followed up via email with instructions on how I can sent vacation request through the app. Ryan went above and beyond; I want to make sure he gets the recognition he deserves. The car dealer had given me an extension for the Consumer Loan Servicing Department at MCU. The virtual assistant will not allow extensions to be entered. When I told the virtual assistant that it was not helping me, it hung up.
