He was able to explain exactly what was going on by walking me through pictures and Xrays (note: no other dentist ever explained why my filling kept bothering me). He fixed the filling on the spot! Everything went smoothly, from check in to new patient paperwork to cleaning and X-rays. The hygienist was a superstar, dealing with a couple of areas that were hard to clean in my small mouth. Dr Buckwalter was great and went over everything you'd expect as a new patient. Administratively it was all very organized at check out (they bill your insurance) and now I'm all set for another cleaning in 6 months!

The treatment I received was very cold, especially from the doctor. The second time I went was for a tooth extraction. That same dentist was unable to complete the procedure and sent me home with half of the tooth broken, which cut into my tongue and caused constant pain. I had to wait an entire week like that until a surgeon at another clinic could finally treat me. To make matters worse, when I complained about their poor service, they told me I wouldn't have to pay. Now, I've received a text saying that I owe them money. In the end, they're charging me after explicitly saying they wouldn't. I could have sued them for this, but honestly, I don't have the time to waste.
