She made sure everything I needed was done and taken care of, working with her felt like working with a genuine friend. I couldn't be more tickled with this entire experience! I highly recommend Clarissa and Berkshire Hathaway.

When buying a house, your life is in the hands of a real estate agent - there is so much legal / industry stuff to know you _can't_ educate yourself enough to do it on your own (or to catch every little thing the agent might not be doing or doing right). Mike Barber was recommended to us by my partner's family - he actually helped four other family members buy their houses and they were all very happy with him. Mike was incredibly patient with my partner and I, taking us out for hours every weekend, answering all our questions, dealing with how vague and unsure we were about what we wanted (our list of what we wanted changed practically daily!), our hemming and hawing over houses we were interested in, and more. He always offered to drive us (saved a lot on gas!), and we had a great time chatting to him about everything from sports, to food, to politics. He always had great advice on each house we looked at, educated us on what to look for, and once we were ready to make an offer he had great connections in the various industries (inspection, financing, etc) - people that had been doing it a long time and really knew what they were doing. He never pressured us, and made sure we always felt we could use anybody, and would wait for us to ask him for a recommendation. The only pressure I ever felt from him was him making sure we _really_ wanted a house. He always said, it has to feel right! He also was amazing at getting us the lowest possible deal on a house. Mike is a great guy, very knowledgeable and trustworthy, and I would recommended him hands down.

I can't recommend MVP Property Pros enough! They've been managing my rental homes in the Lacey area…read morefor the past 5 years, and as someone who is active duty military, they've made the process of being a landlord completely hands-off for me. Honestly, I wouldn't be able to do it without them. They handle everything--advertising, marketing, tenant screening, contracts, maintenance, repairs, and even solid recommendations when something bigger comes up. One huge plus is that they have an in-house handyman who can take care of a lot of the work for a fraction of what outside contractors would charge. Come tax season, the year-end tax packet they provide takes so much of the headache out of filing. On top of that, their sister company has been my go-to realtor, helping me slowly grow my real estate portfolio. Most importantly, they're just great people--professional, responsive, and very connected to the local housing community. If you're looking for a property management company you can truly trust, MVP Property Pros is it!

When my wife and I where looking for a place before relocation to Washington, Trish was very engaged and helpful up until the point we committed and rented the property. After that, I could not get adequate/timely response from her. I am still trying to get remedy/closure from a request submitted the end of October. In a customer service business, she is missing the customer service portion! If you rent from them, avoid her if you can!

Remote property investment requires quite a few things, among which are: capital, understanding of…read morethe market, a good realtor, an excellent mortgage guy, plenty of luck, and an outstanding property manager. The reason is simple: identifying a real estate market as promising, bidding, winning, closing, are all one-time deals. At the end of the day, the remote property investor goes home, and the property stays behind in the skillful hands on the property manager. As a remote property manager, one's goal is to let the property be. You want good tenants, who not only pay on time without an issue, but also keep your property clean. You want the tenants to be happy, the HOA to be content, and for the account to be uneventful - and by that I mean for the statements to come in on time, the payments deposited in the account on time, and for work, when needed, to be done carefully and with some sense of balancing cost and benefit. You want your property manager to be attentive, responsive to emails and texts, and to be a phone call away when issues come up. And they do. I found all that and more with the Blyle Team. We've been doing business for almost two years now, and I couldn't be happier. The office team is professional, courteous, knowledgeable. They do everything carefully, and quickly, and most of all: always with a smile. If you need your property manged in the Olympia/Tumwater/Lacey area - The Blyle Team is your best bet.

This property management gave him and his wife keys to my rental where he physically assaulted me and my 7 year old daughter. Worst property management around rent at your own risk. First off the owner Cindy is a B**** and is extremely rude. They gave the home owner the keys to the rental before even giving me the keys. The homeowner had access to the rental while I lived there. He physically assaulted myself and my child then Cindy and her god awful team turned around and tried to blame me for it. I already had PTSD and these people made it 100x worse. I hope these people rot in their own hell for what they put me and my kids through. Good luck renting from them. I wish I could have given them no stars. I added the pictures of the closet the owner threw me through, the keys to my car he threw against the wall to break so I couldn't leave and some of the bruises from him throwing me around my own bedroom. Then they tried to make me out to seem like I was insane, so rent at your own risk and I pray you don't have the same experience as me. You can ask all the neighbors they will tell you the same thing. They also like to kick people out to place friends and family in there so don't plan to stay long.
