Mike was incredibly patient with my partner and I, taking us out for hours every weekend, answering all our questions, dealing with how vague and unsure we were about what we wanted (our list of what we wanted changed practically daily!), our hemming and hawing over houses we were interested in, and more. He always offered to drive us (saved a lot on gas!), and we had a great time chatting to him about everything from sports, to food, to politics. He always had great advice on each house we looked at, educated us on what to look for, and once we were ready to make an offer he had great connections in the various industries (inspection, financing, etc) - people that had been doing it a long time and really knew what they were doing. He never pressured us, and made sure we always felt we could use anybody, and would wait for us to ask him for a recommendation.
