I will say that I really don't care for the parking lot too much but since they're not too busy it hasn't been a big problem. Just not a lot of spaces and when you have to use the ATM, the back area isa little confusing as to how and where you should try to get out of there. The last time I was there, the ATM wasn't working right and I had to go inside but had to park behind the building and there's only the entrance in the front so it's not a convenient trek from there. Your choice of banking, ATM, drive thru or walk inside for full service. I was in need of notary service and kind of in a hurry on a Friday. I stood at the counter for about 1 minute before being waited on. The nice lady at the counter confirmed they could do it but there was one person ahead of me. Fast, friendly and efficient. I'd like to remove 1/2 star due to my dislike for the constant effort to up sell you on some sort of product. Besides that I'm a happy WF customer.

I thought they would disenroll me you're close my account due to non-activity and they kept me up and running from the day that I open the account. All I get is walk up to the teller show my ID and they gave me my member number and sent me on my way. And associate help me log back in online and reset my password. This location is much much better than the one on Youngerman Circle I can't handle that place.

It's a rarity that I actually get in the teller line nowadays since the NFCU app is pretty robust to do check deposits with a snap of a photo as well as easy $ transfer from/to any NFCU accounts. I have been very happy with my past engagements with NFCU's loan (mortgage, auto) departments and like the immediate responsiveness of their credit card fraud department when they flag potential fraudulent transactions. I do miss that NFCU no longer has coin counting machines (allowed customers to have their coins counted and deposited directly into NFCU accounts) in any of their branch locations.
