Not to get into my care more than it was basic ER triage with fluids and medications. The doctor who was also very good ordered multiple blood tests. They all came back good but he was curious about a pain I had in my mid section. An ultrasound was done and then I was quickly taken to a CT scan. It discovered something that is easily treatable but could have been fatal. Throughout the whole 6-7 hour stay the nurses were so awesome. We talked about traveling and food. I felt like I was in an ER hotel. I'm so happy Geisinger took over this hospital, but I'm also I didn't go to a Geisinger clinic, because this would have never been found.
