Dr. Torres' nurse introduced herself and didn't treat me like just another patient's "chart" in her hand. Dr. Torres showed compassion, knowledge, and I appreciated her use of excellent listening skills. She is open to my being an important part of the medical team caring for my health. There was a doctor there that I had seen because Dan Boggus is retiring and he was just rude, saying every single pain I was having was because of my weight. He got fired I guess because of complaints. Now there is this Hector guy that is rude and I just don't know if I will be staying with Aegis any longer if they keep hiring rude doctors with absolutely no bedside manners. The staff was okay but I don't understand why not all of my records were there and this doctor was acting like I was just making up all of this stuff in my head that is wrong with me. I have been going to a pulmonologist for some time and there was no records of that office so they were just basing their info on the doctor's notes from a previous Aegis doctor that said I have COPD.
