Everything was okay at first until they had to fill out my reexamination for the DMV clearing me to drive again. They forgot to fill out a page and faxed my paperwork to the dmv. Just to wait 3 weeks to get a letter from the DMV that my paperwork was incomplete... I went back and told them I got a letter saying they need to fil out that page and they said they didn't need to fill out that page, and that it's not required "from their experience". They made my pregnant girlfriend drive all the way home to get the letter from the DMV as proof that they need to fill out that page. Telling her "just come back tomorrow". No we need this ASAP!!Since it's not their license they don't care!!! Went back with the letter and they finally filled out the missed page. They then said we have to take it into the dmv office ourselves, when the last time they faxed it over. They said they can't do that. We told them well you guys faxed it over last time. They said they'll check and see. Anyways they said the faxed the new copy over to the dmv office. I've been waiting for a month and got frustrated so I went to the DMV safety office and took the paperwork and said they hadn't received the second copy from the doctor. They never received an email of fax from them with the updated copy. Maybe the email or fax didn't go through but I feel lied to. They don't want to help you and act like it's mission impossible. Like it's too much work, as if they weren't getting paid to do exactly that. Oh and their office doesn't have emails only fax. And whenever you call it always "busy" and will be on hold forever. Very dated system. Can't even email your doctor with concerns. Regret switching from Kaiser the this new insurance last year. Luckily my renewal is coming up so I'm running back to Kaiser asap never dealt with this there. I had forgotten how bad our medical system is here in the us when you have the regular coverage. Definitely worth spending more on your insurance if you're going to be treated a lot better. read more

If I have to see the doctor or need my annual check ups, this site is my preference. Spacious, alot of natural light, open and airy. Never crowded. Friendly staff. Plenty of sitting options and even a flat screen TV to entertain you or kids while waiting. Areli Torres is great! She is direct and to the point, she listens and asks questions. No paper writing, all notes and history is kept electronically via computer system/iPads. This location also has on-site laboratory, for lab work if needed. They close early, around 3pm. Open early too, from about 6am. Call to make sure on hours!! read more

Do you have a legitimate health concern and want to be dismissed and not taken seriously? Look no further than Dr. Steinberg at this CMH location. Not only was I dismissed and treated like I was overreacting about my chest pain, I was also told that my medical history was wrong and that I don't have POTS when I was diagnosed by Dr. Sergio Cossu in my home state of FL as a teen. I'm not lying about my chest pain and I feel like something is wrong. Instead of looking into WHY my chest pain is getting worse and why my heart beat is irregular I was told that it was "just stress". My time and money have been wasted but what is worse is that it's like I was treated like a hypochondriac. read more

You will never find a more callous 'Doctor' than Victoria Sorlie-Aquillar. All she cares about is running her practice as cheaply as possible in order to maximize her profit. You can't get an appointment sooner than 3 months because she won't hire enough doctors. It's "go to Urgent Care." ("Because we don't care"?) Yesterday, on the advice of her Physician's Assistant (PA) I went to the ER for an issue I've been experiencing for a month. (See, no appointment possible over the course of a month.) They did a CT scan and blood work. Both came back with multiple serious findings NOT related to the reason I went to the ER. At least one issue is possibly immediately life threatening. The followup instructions were to see my physician within 24 hours. The doctor at the ER was adamant. So I call the office at 7:00am to get an appointment but the scheduler won't give me any time even though I explained the urgency of speaking with the doctor. She said she'd send a message over to the nurse to see if they would at least call me. Having heard NOTHING by 2:00pm, I call back. No one has 10 minutes and an ounce of compassion for me but she said she'd SEND THE MESSAGE TO THE NURSE! That's only a waste of 7 hours. I call back at 4:30 and still my doctor won't get on the phone, in fact, she's left for the day. And btw she's off on Friday too. Now this witch doctor was notified of my abnormal tests by the hospital yesterday. It's all computerized. Sorlie knew when she arrived this morning that serious things were happening with me. The long weekend is more important than 5 minutes with your VERY WORRIED, VERY SICK patient though, isn't it, Victoria? Now, earlier this year I experienced sudden, intense body pain, I spiked a fever of 102.5° for over a week. I know that because I went to the endocrinologist about 10 days after I got sick and when the nurse took my temperature, they all masked up and shoved me out the door. I coughed so hard I lost my breath a week later and passed out at Rolling Oaks. I had pneumonia in my left lung. I told Sorlie all of this (she knew I passed out. RO called her to tell her. She also would have seen the fever recorded at the endo's office.) I was still coughing my head off and had gunk in my lung when I saw her 3 MONTHS LATER. She just shrugged her shoulders. DON'T YOU THINK I HAD COVID, DOC? DON'T YOU CARE? She never even said the word "COVID". Smh All I can say is BEWARE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! They're not overwhelmed by COVID patients, so that's not an excuse. Anyone with any COVID symptoms has to go to, you guessed it, Urgent Care. I am switching doctors tomorrow. The lack of concern I've experienced from her (on other occasions too. "Go to Urgent Care!") Is actually scaring me now. Good luck. read more

This review is not about the service received at this location, it is about the simple fact that each attempt at returning a call I received for a referral to an allergist at this clinic (15 attempts in two days) I have been left on hold for 4 minutes (understandable at this time due to Covid19 and acceptable) but suddenly the phone becomes garbled and I hear only static and am forced to hang up! If I ever get an appointment I will revise this review accordingly. Until then I will suffer and continue my attempts to make an appointment! read more

I would not recommend this place at all. My fiancée recently broke her ankle and after receiving care over the weekend at the emergency room made an appointment to see her primary care physician. The primary care physician has never been available and all of her cases appear to be handled my her physician assistant who has the bed side manner of a troll. She didn't even examine her splinted foot to check and see of there were any circulation issues, the level of swelling or just the general condition of her leg. Upon being informed that the pain medication she has been taking has not been effective enough (5/325 norco) and that she has had to take two or three of them she brushed it off saying ibuprofen will be enough. Right ibuprofen for a ankle fracture! My fiancées has been in tears from the pain for two days now and It took a very stern voice and stance from me (I am a nurse as well) to get a 15 tab increase to hold her over until she can be seen by orthopedics. On top of this when asked about disability paperwork she dismissed it as not their problem! Talk about care or compassion from someone who literally had asked nothing about her patients situation. All in all don't go here if you want care for pain as you will be treated as a med-seeking addict even of in fact you are a medical professional as well (which she is too) read more

Dr. Solei-Aguilar is amazing! This was the first time I've ever had a doctor take the time to sit and talk with me about my concerns And seemed to be genuinely interested. Most doctors write you a script and send you on your way. She definitely took a more conservative approach but she's very proactive. My parents are older and see her and I don't believe they've ever had such thorough medical care before! The office is clean and nicer than most private doctors I've gone to! Also the girl upfront (I can't remember her name) was so nice and seemed to genuinely like her job! I didn't even wait 5 minutes to be seen! But their vineyard office is a whole other story! Office staff is completely incompetent. I got a phone call telling me I needed to come in and sign a form, I came in and sign the form and then no one knew who needed it. The front desk told me to ask the medical assistant, the medical assistant told me to ask the doctor, and the doctor sent me back to the front desk. I showed the person at the front desk the phone number from which I've received the call and she said she didn't recognize it. I called back the person who had called me and told me to sign the form and she works in the office. Then they sent me to get blood drawn. After fasting 12 hours and giving up my saturday to drive to the lab they told me to go to, the lab doesn't take my insurance. read more

Worst experience ever!! Do not go here. My Grandmother came in to get 9 staples taken out of her head. When the appt. was made they said they could remove the staples. When she was seen by the doctor he seemed very unsure about the procedure. Asked the same questions over and over again. Yet he still proceeded to "try" to take out the staples. Not to mention the Dr. was extremely rude and ageist. Not once speaking to my grandmother but addressing me instead. She owns her own company and works everyday! She is perfectly capable of answering questions about herself. He proceeded to pick and pull at her head, gouging her scalp and ripping it back open. When I questioned his tactics he became rude and defensive. Saying we should of never come here in the first place. My grandmother was writhing in pain and had to demand he stop. He basically acted like a child, complaining and making excuses and then left the room to get an assistant. Only time he came back was to complain further that he didn't have the right tools. He shouldn't of ever started in the first place! My grandmother is now bleeding from a new hole in her head and he won't even admit it. Arguing with me about weather it's bleeding or not when it's clearly red and bloody! Unbelievably unprofessional! Can't remember his name but something like Dr. Reiler. Stay away!! This Dr. is a lawsuit waiting to happen! Only nice thing I can say is the nurse supervisor came in the help clean it up(because he was trying to send us away with a bloody, unclean wound, with staples still in her head mind you, and I demanded it be taken care of) and she was above and beyond nice and helpful. Doctor Riffel charged too much bill from me more than he worked , gave me medicine about Bipolar disorder was not included insurance , and suggest to me take medicine periodically . I never have Bipolar disorder. I think doctor Riffel made a wrong diagnosis. read more
