I waited at the drive-up window, looking in, reading the sign that says a bell rings when we pull in. After 3 minutes, I rang the call button feeling guilty. You stood across the room with your back to me working away. I waited to be acknowledged, noticed, given the '1 second' raised-finger gesture, for anything other than your back. A car pulled in behind me as I waved my arm to try to get the attention of another worker walking by. After 2 minutes more I (gasp) knocked on the window. After all, I think, maybe the bell has not been turned on this morning since I am probably your first drive-thru customer. The look you gave me as you turned slowly around was withering. Nice. If not for the extremely nice, very efficient and profusely apologetic ("The bell must not have been turned on! We didn't hear you drive up!") pharmacy tech that helped me, I believe my day, and my future with Walgreens, would have been ruined.

I just picked up a prescription for an antibiotic - a one week supple at 2times a day - should have…read morebeen 14 pills. There were only 9 (NINE) pills included! When I called the first time I was on hold tor 3 mins and 48 seconds - before they hung up on me! Second time called was on hold for over 4 mins before a live person came on line. Told them the problem, they put me back on hold for another 3 mins before the pharmacist finally came on. Told my problem again. She informed me I had to bring it back to store and they would "investigate it"! I asked what they would do, again she said "investigate it" and IF there was an error they will "fix it". I live over a half hr away, btw. This is very dangerous and negligent. So lesson: COUNT ALL YOUR PILLS before you leave the store! And good luck actually talking to a polite live person when you have to call them!

The event was only two hours away, and thankfully, the amazing staff at the Whole Foods bakery stepped in and helped us get cakes for 67 people with just an hour's notice.
