Y'all I'm so impressed with the staff, from the front entrance, the greeters/guards all the way to the nurses and docs in the back! Everyone here aims to make your stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible! They greet you with a smile, treat you with such kindness, not what I would expect from this industry. They seriously aim to care for you through your entire stay, even when your (my) post surgery, drug induced bad attitudes flair up and make their jobs more difficult. (SO SORRY) Seriously, the staff here is just excellent! The facilities are also very inviting as much as a hospital facility can be! I'm talking bright open windows, charging stations for phones and laptops, recliner chairs for guests, free meals, and a staff that genuinely cares for their patients! While I wasn't in the market for cleaning supplies, the concept seems great (you can bring in your own containers or purchase there), and the owner was super friendly! They also have local goods for sale, and I picked up some super cute jewelry and hair accessories made by local artists! The storefront can be hard to spot from the road and has a small lot out front (next door is Crafts & Drafts, which is another awesome concept I have been meaning to check out). Overall, a great local, eco-friendly refillable and sustainable option to keep in mind!
