Right after, he let us in the wine room and showed us the different sherries and wine. Right after he let us to the kitchen for an exclusive tour (grascias). Our waiter was was super nice :) . He made sure everyone was taken care of which is a refreshing change to other restaurants in Spain. Food was delicious and presented well as you can see in my pictures. I honestly cannot describe the super hospitality we received at this restaurant. I would recommend this place over and over again while in Jerez.

It's impossible to get a reservation by just walking in you have to do it a week in advance. We normally just sit at the bar. Try to get there by 9pm and you can get a table in the bar or outside but you have to be off the outside table for 10 pm reservations. They also have a great Galician wine selection and other delicious seafood and oysters all shipped in from that area.
