I was happy with the one on one sessions I did get, and that is the reason for 3 stars instead of 1. However, when you hire a personal trainer, you expect a certain level of commitment and consistency from them. This is where he failed me. I signed up for 3x a week for one month. That never happened. It was always just 2 sessions a week. And then the cancellations began. He canceled last minute 4 different times and even basically ghosted me for 3 weeks in a row and I was the one that had to keep reaching out to him to initiate scheduling and get homework type workouts that were very vague and he never showed me how to use the excercise app he told me to use. He originally told me there would be a grocery list and meal plans. I only got a meal plan that vaguely describes what to eat or do each day(which i was already doing). I did not sign up for virtual training for a reason as I wanted accountability for myself as i am more appd to follow it then. Because of all these issues I told him I was canceling in order to pursue a new trainer and wanted my unused sessions refunded along with my sons prepaid month as he only did an assessment with him and set up his food app. I felt this was fair as his lack of availability was the main reason. He started to argue this with me and had incorrect paperwork saying I had 1 session left, which I actually had 4 left, and then he only gave me 25% of what I prepaid for my son. He stated that all sales are final and there are no refunds. I paid him $1200 for 3x a week for 2 people. Alot of money, and he only gave me $200 back, when it should have been $800 back. But at no time prior to this, did he ever disclose that to me, and there was no contract given. He then went on to "blame" me for all the things he thought I failed on even though, prior to that, he always told me how good i was doing? It was extremely immature and petty. He said I wasn't consistent with my food logging, which we spoke about on a regular basis because i forgot to complete a couple of days. That had nothing to do with this cause my food logging affects me, not him! And i was under calories a lot due to a weight loss surgery cause i can't eat a lot! Not cause i was eating junk! But he never made recommendations for me either. Is he a good physical trainer? Yes. Are there other trainers out there who are more committed to their clients? Definitely, yes! Does he truly understand what it's like to be overweight for issues out of your control? NO! All I wanted to do with the money was hire a new trainer for us and keep going for both my son and myself. I am not the first person or gym to have this same issue with him and all the cancellations, inconsistencies, and attitude when canceling. So, if you want a trainer that is consistent, dedicated, and understanding, this is not the trainer for you. ALWAYS GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING UP FRONT!

Cardio Complete - these classes are a great full body workout with routines that each target different muscle groups. Incorporating bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, jump ropes and more. As someone who grew up dancing, these classes are especially fun for me as I enjoy the aerobics style routines. I saw results in my strength, cardio and muscle tone very shortly after joining these classes. Boxing - I am not a consistent member of the boxing classes, but have done a few drop-in classes and got a great workout! If you are looking for a fast paced, fun and tiring workout I would definitely recommend trying a boxing class. During the class you will switch between heavy hanging bags, speed bags, headache bags as well as individual target mitts with a trainer. Pilates Slide - this is a newer class offered and am hoping that they continue it. I have done pilates at other studios prior and nothing compares to this class. It is a low impact workout but is sure to leave you sweating and feeling toned! If you do not feel like doing a class, they also have a gym on the lower level with cardio equipment, free weights, and machines.
