Our house is about 20 years old. Over time I have done some of the paver repairs myself. I realized this year that some of the repairs were just too much for me. Short Review, the did a GREAT JOB! They installed a 2200 SQ ft driveway laid at 45 degrees which required many angle cuts and they did so with attention to detail. Over the years, we had had many contractors in and out of our home upgrading. We have never, ever seen a more professional group of men. Right from the initial meeting with Javier, the owner, he began giving us helpful design hints and suggestions. It was clockwork. From excavation to delivery of pavers to installation. Multi thousand dollar lanai deck install. Terrible company. There was no communication between me, their installers, and the office. Install was so so quality. They completely trashed my swimming pool, made no effort to clean it up. Broke my tools. Promised to come back in two months to clean and seal the deck, at my cost, another $2,000. Compact Pavers First, I've never before had workers create such a mess at my home. They didn't cover the pool before drilling. Large amounts of cement, sand & dirt ended up at the bottom, stuck on the sides, and wedged all around our pool. They didn't care. Next, the work itself was sub par. See the photo of the crooked bottom of our outdoor sink. It's worse than the leaning tower of Pisa. Notice the permanent, dripping cement stains on the sides. I had to pick up their garbage daily. They left our lawn in pitiful shape. They didn't care. Lastly, they left us with 2 outstanding issues. There are cracks in several stones. And, in one area, water's not draining properly. The stones in the keep coming up. We need to keep mats over those stones, so no one gets hurt. They don't care. We've called too many times to count. They don't even pick up the phone anymore when they see I'm calling. Stay away from these people!! read more
